Posting of Openings. 1. An opening is defined as a position at a school site which remains after voluntary reassignments have been carried out at the site and which the District determines should be filled by a regular probationary or permanent employee rather than by a substitute or temporary employee.

Posting of Openings. 7.3.1 The District shall deliver to the Association and post in all school buildings all vacancies and new positions which occur during the school year and for the following school year upon knowledge of the vacancies. This posting shall contain the following:

Posting of Openings. 26.1 Notice of openings for employment classifications covered by this agreement will be posted in all buildings for a period of at least five (5) calendar days. All postings will include wages and estimated job duration. Current positions will be posted if a change of hours results in a new employment status. Temporary positions of three months or less in duration and part time temporary positions will not be posted. All temporary positions which become regular positions will be posted. During non-school days, all job postings will be posted on the District website for at least five (5) calendar days.
