Probationary Staff. 1. Probationary staff will be evaluated in accordance with the state Tenure Act. Time not actually worked does not count toward the probationary period. The process shall include but not be limited to an Individual Development Plan jointly prepared by the administrator and teacher, a final evaluation based on two (2) observations that are at least sixty (60) days apart, unless a shorter interval between the two (2) classroom observations is mutually agreed upon by the teacher and the administrator, and an assessment of the teacher’s progress in meeting the goals of his or her Individualized Development Plan included in the final evaluation.

Probationary Staff i. Each teacher will have three observation cycles based on the standards set by the Q-Comp Steering Committee within the Eden Prairie School District Framework for Effective Teaching Standards.
Probationary Staff. New employees hired in 2022 who are in probationary status during the month of December 2022 will become eligible to receive this $3,500 Staffing Agreement Incentive after successful completion of their probationary period. Probationary employees hired after 2022 or who separate prior to completing their probationary period will be ineligible for the Staffing Agreement Incentive.

Probationary Staff. The principal or supervisor shall conduct a minimum of three performance reviews and pre-observation data sheets (Appendix D.3.) for each probationary teacher. At least two performance reviews shall take place during the first semester and at least one shall be scheduled during the second semester but prior to March 15. Each probationary staff member will develop an Individual Development Plan to be used during the probationary time as a basis for growth and development. The performance review process for probationary staff shall follow the outline as indicated in Item D. below. Tenured Staff: Tenured teachers shall have a performance review for the purpose of evaluation at least once every three years or annually at a teacher's request. The performance review shall be based primarily upon classroom observations as outlined on the pre-conference sheets. Observations of classroom performance shall be for not less than one class period. Observations shall not occur on the day before a scheduled vacation or holiday, and unless as a follow-up to an earlier evaluation, no initial observations shall occur after May 15 of each year. All monitoring or observations of the classroom performance of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher.
Probationary Staff. A probationary teacher will be considered for job sharing only if they have completed one full year of probationary status with the District and received a positive evaluation for that initial year. A probationary teacher who is job sharing and who is recommended for tenure at the end of his/her second year will be granted tenure as a part-time teacher.

Probationary Staff. 1.3.1.1 A minimum of two performance reviews per year conducted by the Principal or Vice-Principal with a copy to the respective teacher, a copy retained on file in the school office and a copy submitted to the Area Superintendent on or before December 15 and March 30. If a teacher is eligible for a permanent contract during the school year, these dates must be adjusted to meet the requirements of Area Superintendents identified in 1.2.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Probationary Employees Employees with permanent status will not be separated from state service through a layoff action without first being offered positions they have the skills and abilities to perform within their current job classification within the layoff unit currently held by probationary employees. Probationary employees will be separated from employment before permanent employees.

  • Probationary Teachers Probationary teachers' order of reduction shall be according to program needs.
