Description of GEPA Compliance. Granite School District compliance with respect to GEPA requirements are in part outlined in response to how our LEA will “address the academic impact of lost instructional time, will respond to the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those students disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including students from low-income families, students of color, English learners, children with disabilities, students experiencing homelessness, children and youth in xxxxxx care, and migratory students” above. Please see responses starting on the middle of page 20 through page 23. Furthermore, our Department of Education Equity monitors school programming to ensure that full access to educational programs, including the use of XXXXX funding, removes barriers based on gender, race, color, national origin, disability, age, and other factors. Description of GEPA Compliance. InTech will use ARP grant funds to provide after-school tutoring and summer school remediation to students. InTech will also use ARP funds to procure technology, sanitation, and mental health resources to support students during the COVID pandemic. All students will have equal access to ARP supported services and resources. Special Education students and students who are limited in their use of English will receive additional support, as needed, to ensure they have access to the ARP supported services and resources.

Description of GEPA Compliance. All expenditures associated with this grant will address the academic and health needs of all students and assist all teachers in their needs to address learning loss, social /emotional, and health concerns. These needs are not based on gender, race, color, national origin, disability, or age. This is why we are spending funds so that all students will have additional personnel support as well as opportunities for academic support, recovery, and intervention. As well as clean air systems, technology, and access to mental health support. We have done educational research and sought input from teachers and the school community in deciding what expenditures would best address the needs of the school as a result of the pandemic. Description of GEPA Compliance. All students at American Academy of Innovation (AAI) may enroll in and have full and equal opportunity to succeed at AAI. All students receive education services for which they are eligible. AAI assures equitable access to, and participation in, its Federally assisted program for students, teachers, and other program beneficiaries with special needs. Any activity that is an allowable use of Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief (XXXXX) funds by an LEA under section 18003(d) of the CARES Act is also an allowable use of XXXXX II funds by an LEA under section 313(d) of the CRRSA Act. ● The LEA, and any other entity that receives XXXXX II funds will, to the greatest extent practicable, continue to compensate its employees and contractors during the period of any disruptions or closures related to COVID-19 in compliance with section 315 of Division M of the CRRSA Act. In addition, each entity that accepts funds will continue to pay employees and contractors to the greatest extent practicable based on the unique financial circumstances of the entity.
