DUES CHECK-OFF AND UNION SECURITY. Section 1. The Employer will deduct regular membership dues and Union- sponsored insurance from the wages of Union members who have signed an appropriate payroll deduction authorization permitting such deductions for insurance.
Section 2. CSEA having been recognized or certified as the exclusive representative of employees within the negotiating unit, shall be entitled to have deductions made from the wage or salary of employees of said bargaining unit who are not members of CSEA, the amount equivalent to the dues levied by CSEA and the fiscal or disbursing officer shall make such deductions and transmit the sum so deducted to CSEA.
Section 3. The fiscal officer making such deductions will transmit regular membership dues amounts to CSEA, Inc., 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 and will accompany the deductions with a listing indicating the names and addresses of those employees who are not member of CSEA. The fiscal officer also will transmit regular Union-sponsored insurance deductions to the insurance company designated by CSEA.
Section 4. The revocation rights of any employee relating to payroll deductions are recognized by the Union under this Agreement in accordance with applicable New York State Law.
Section 5. XXXX agrees to hold Corning Community College safe and harmless because of said deductions(s).
Section 6. The Employer agrees to furnish the Union with a complete list of the names, addresses and position titles of those employees in the negotiating unit, and to supply the Union with updated lists as necessary.
DUES CHECK-OFF AND UNION SECURITY. Section 1 Union membership is not compulsory. Employees have the right to join, not join, maintain, or drop their membership in the Union as they see fit. Neither the College nor Council 82 shall exert any pressure on or discriminate against an Employee with respect to such membership. Council 82 is required under this Agreement to represent all of the employees in the bargaining unit fairly and equally without regard to whether or not an employee is a member of the Union. The terms of this Agreement have been made for all employees in the bargaining unit and not only for members of the Union.
Section 2 The College will deduct from the pay of each member of the Union from whom it receives written authorization, on a form to be provided by Council 82, such amount for membership dues as Council 82 specifies in writing to the College. The College will forward such dues to Council 82, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Albany, NY 12206, on a monthly basis. Such deductions shall be made from the first two payrolls of each month.

The Employer agrees to deduct Union fees, assessments and other monies in the amount certified by the Union, from the pay of all bargaining unit employees who have voluntarily joined the Union and have signed payroll deduction authorization cards. Employees authorizing payroll deduction shall submit an individual written authorization card bearing their signature to the Employer. The Employer shall accept payroll deduction cards from either the employee or the Union. The Employer will check off and remit to Ohio Council 8 the amount of fees and assessments directed by the Union. The total amount of fees, assessment or other monies deducted, together with a separate alphabetical list of the names of employees for whom deductions are made, shall be remitted to the Ohio Council 8, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000- 0000 no later than the tenth (10th) day following the end of the second pay period of the month. A copy of this list shall also be transmitted to the Ohio Council 8 Athens Regional office.

DUES CHECK-OFF AND UNION SECURITY. 2.1 All Employees shall, as a condition of employment, acquire and maintain Union membership and all Employees shall pay monthly dues to CUPE 1004. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Labour Relations Code.
2.2 The Employer shall forward the collected dues by cheque to the Secretary- Treasurer of the Union within one (1) month of such deduction.
2.3 No work regularly performed by Administrative Coordinator/Financial Coordinator Employees in the bargaining unit shall be contracted out or be performed by anyone other than an Administrative Coordinator/Financial Coordinator Employee. Persons not covered by this Agreement shall not perform work that is normally performed by Employees covered by this Agreement, except:
a) in the case of emergency,
b) work that has traditionally been performed by members of FPSE with regard to strikes, FPSE committees, and internal and external FPSE political activities, or
c) any work traditionally done by the FPSE President, provided that such work does not result in the lay-off of bargaining unit member

The District agrees that it shall deduct from the wages of the members of CSEA and remit to CSEA the regular membership dues and other employee authorized deductions for those members of CSEA who sign authorizations permitting such payroll deductions, so long as same are on file in the office of the Treasurer. Such deductions shall be made in accordance with the authorizations signed by the member and shall be revocable only in accordance with the instructions contained in the written authorization. The District agrees to continue social security coverage. For ten (10) months employees commencing with the first full pay period in September, the District will deduct CSEA dues for twenty-one (20) consecutive pay periods. The
DUES CHECK-OFF AND UNION SECURITY. A. Dues Check-Off
1. During the life of this Agreement, the Company shall deduct on a monthly basis from the pay of each Pilot and remit to the Union, along with an accounting thereof, an amount equal to the Union’s regular and usual monthly dues or service charges, and assessments, provided such Pilot voluntarily executes a Union Dues Check-Off form.
2. A properly executed check-off form filed before the fifteenth (15th) day of any month will become effective the first (1st) day of the month following its receipt by Human Resources.
3. A Pilot who has executed a check-off form, and who resigns, is otherwise terminated from the employ of the Company, is transferred or promoted outside of the bargaining unit, or enters a non-pay status, shall be deemed to have suspended his dues check-off assignment and authorization. For a Pilot who is transferred or promoted outside of the bargaining unit or enters non-pay status, the suspension shall continue until the Pilot rejoins the bargaining unit or reenters pay status, respectively. For a Pilot who resigns or is otherwise terminated, and is subsequently re-employed, no deductions of Union dues will occur until such time as the Pilot executes a new check-off form in compliance with this section.
DUES CHECK-OFF AND UNION SECURITY. 3.1 All Employees shall, as a condition of employment, acquire and maintain Union membership, and all Employees shall pay monthly dues to CUPE 2396. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Labour Relations Code.
3.2 The Employer shall forward the collected dues by cheque to the Treasurer of the Union within one month of such deduction.
3.3 On commencing employment, the Executive Director shall inform the Employee of the name(s) of the Xxxxxxx and Representative. The Representative or Xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity to meet each new Employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes during the first month of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new Employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union. The Representative or Xxxxxxx will also provide the new Employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement.
3.4.1 The Employer shall print two copies of the Agreement, at their own cost, for distribution to Management and the Union within thirty (30) days of signing the Agreement. An additional copy shall be circulated in electronic form on floppy disk to each employee.
3.5 There shall be no contracting out if such contracting out will result directly, or indirectly within twelve months (from the date the contracted work commences), in the layoff of bargaining unit members. The Employer shall advise the Union before contracting out any bargaining unit work. Bargaining Unit members working less than full-time, shall have the right to apply for the work if such work will not result in their employment exceeding full-time employment.

DUES CHECK-OFF AND UNION SECURITY. Flight Instructors will be subject to the terms and conditions of Section 29 of the Agreement.
