Job Opportunity. The Company is prepared to institute a job and shift assignment selection process within its Windsor facilities on three (3) occasions during the term of the Collective Agreement. The first selection process shall commence within thirty (30) days after the effective ratification date of the existing Collective Agreement with the second and third process selections being conducted in October of each year.
