Construction Project Management. Inspection The Engineer, as needed and requested by HCTRA, will provide qualified personnel to execute the function of a Resident Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Field Engineer, Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Office Manager/Administrative Staff, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduler, CADD Technician and Inspection staff who will report to HCTRA the Project, and obtain written approval of assignment from HCTRA prior to implementation. Each assigned construction project may require unique support activities; however the typical expectations and responsibilities for the Engineer are as follows: The Engineer, acting as the Resident Engineer, will manage the progress of assigned construction contracts. The Engineer will coordinate inspection and materials testing personnel; manage Project schedules; coordinate, respond, and track Project RFI (request for information); coordinate and track submittals; review and approve required Project shop drawings and submittals; provide supplemental design engineering services (i.e. signed and sealed plan sheets); and provide any other services requested by HCTRA to support timely Project completion. The Engineer will review the Project plans and specifications in advance of the various work operations on a continual basis throughout the Project and be thoroughly familiar with the Project requirements. The Engineer is expected to look at the future Project operations to identify potential constructability problems, impacts to toll road operations, conflicts, omissions, plan errors, etc. that could result in delays, deficient work or extra costs and bring these issues to HCTRA attention. The Engineer may be required to provide design services (i.e. signed and sealed plan sheets) to help HCTRA resolve these issues in a timely manner. The Engineer will monitor the Project c daily operations for compliance with plans, specifications, and Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD) requirements, otherwise referred to as the contract documents. Construction Project Management. The anticipated overall project schedule will be developed in collaboration with the customer as part of the audit process, but final details of specific implementation activities within each facility will not be finalized until the construction phase. The overall project schedule serves as the framework for achievement of key project tasks, with the weekly project meeting and two−week look−ahead schedules providing specific detail on exactly what happens where. Our experienced project management team, led by the lead project manager, xxxx oversee final design and implementation of the project, keeping a keen eye on the anticipated schedule to ensure the project is implemented in a timely manner. With our long track records of implementing projects in public sector buildings and our commitment to the timely implementation of this specific project, Thielsch/RISE understands the critical importance of space availability as well as the potential for plans to change − we are experts at adapting to the changing needs and schedules of our clients. Regular communication throughout the process is key, and our experience has been that knowing who to contact when an issue arises can be critically important. Xxxxxxxx/RISE will assign a lead project manager to oversee all final design and construction activities, who will serve as the customer’s primary point of contact during project implementation and be available to address any question or emergency issues immediately. Project meetings will be provided throughout the construction process, with the frequency based upon customer needs and typically commensurate with the level of construction activities anticipated to occur. We frequently have weekly project meetings but remain flexible to adjust based on the customer’s schedule and needs. Xxxxxxxx/RISE will be responsible for taking, distributing for comment, and finalizing minutes for any project meetings as well as providing any other required project correspondence. These are typically issued shortly after the project meeting for review and comment and finalized for approval to memorialize at the next project meeting. Construction Project Management. Construction project management subtasks are those necessary for the conduct of the resident engineering services as described in Tasks BC-8 through BC-12, exclusive of the construction contract administration tasks identified in Task BC-9. Consultant shall provide project-wide management such as invoicing and reporting as described in Task BC-4 Project Management for up to 16 months.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Construction, Etc Each covenant contained herein shall be construed (absent express provision to the contrary) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein, so that compliance with any one covenant shall not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with any other covenant. Where any provision herein refers to action to be taken by any Person, or which such Person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person. For the avoidance of doubt, all Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed to be a part hereof.
