The Employer recognizes the Personal Support Worker (P.S.W.) as equivalent to Health Care Aide (H.C.A). It is agreed that thirty ($0.30) cents per hour will be added to the existing base rate in effect and paid in addition to such wage rates as set out in the collective agreement beginning April 1, 2004.
