Handyman. Property Owner authorizes Xxxxxx to utilize one of Xxxxxx’s to perform small repairs on each Property. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing repairs will not be performed by a handyman. Electrical repairs do not include replacing a light fixture or repairing an outlet/switch. Plumbing repairs do not include repairs such as replacing a toilet flapper, faucet/fixture nor hot water heater.

The Employer recognizes the Personal Support Worker (P.S.W.) as equivalent to Health Care Aide (H.C.A). It is agreed that thirty ($0.30) cents per hour will be added to the existing base rate in effect and paid in addition to such wage rates as set out in the collective agreement beginning April 1, 2004. The thirty cents ($0.30) per hour will be paid as follows: Effective April 1, 2004 the wages in effect on March 31, 2004 shall be increased by fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour. Effective April 1, 2005 the wages in effect on March 31, 2005 shall be increased by fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour. It is understood that the above wages and payments are inclusive of pay equity payments which satisfy all obligations under the Pay Equity Plan. If the Employer is subsequently paid monies from the Government of Ontario for pay equity purposes and such payments would provide for a greater benefit the Employer will be required to pay such monies to the employees so otherwise entitled.
