Return from Leave Of Absence Without Pay. An Employee on leave who wishes to resume employment with the District at the beginning of the work year, or at the beginning of the second half of the work year, shall, notify the Superintendent, or his/her designee, no later than April 1 for the start of the work year or October 1 for the second half of the work year of the date he/she plans to return to work.
