In consideration for this Agreement, Employee hereby releases and forever discharges Companies and their respective predecessors, successors, partners, assigns, employees, shareholders, owners, officers, directors, agents, attorneys, subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (jointly referred to as "Employee's Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages, attorneys' fees, costs and liabilities of any nature whatsoever ("Claims"), whether or not now known, suspected or asserted, which Employee may have or claim to have against the Released Parties relating in any manner to Employee' employment with Companies and/or the termination of such employment, other than those claims arising by reason of Employee's rights under this Agreement and Benefit Plans of the Companies under this Agreement, and hereby covenants not to assert any such released Claims through a lawsuit, an administrative proceeding or otherwise.
