The Parties will take steps to ensure that their staff are aware of their responsibilities under the Data Protection Act, and from 25 May 2018, the GDPR, to ensure compliance with the regulations. 8.3. Every organisation will make it a condition of employment that employees will abide by their rules and policies in relation to the protection and use of confidential information. 8.4.
