Access to Facilities and Equipment. To the extent reasonably required to perform the Services hereunder, Buyer will provide (or, as necessary, will cause its Representatives to provide) Supplier with reasonable access to and use of Buyer’s applicable facilities and equipment.

UFF-SCF may use available College facilities such as classrooms and conference rooms for meetings at reasonable times and without charge when it does not incur additional costs associated with events outside of official college operating hours and pursuant to the administrative rules, policies and procedures for utilization of College facilities, subject to mutual agreement to indemnification and hold harmless agreements.

Access to Facilities and Equipment. Herculean Strength, LLC agrees to provide the Member with access to and use of its facility (Hercules Gym) and equipment during regular business hours through the date of expiration of this Agreement, subject to all rules, regulations and conditions applicable to such access and use. Applicable rules, regulations and conditions may be posted in writing within the facility or may be communicated verbally by Herculean Strength, LLC management personnel. Members agree not to allow any non-member access to the facilities and will not share their access code. Members can bring a guest. The member is responsible for ensuring the guest signs the liability waiver and pays the day pass fee. Members understand that they are responsible for any damage to the equipment, property or structure of the gym facility that they cause while using or occupying the facility.
Access to Facilities and Equipment. Canada's facilities, equipment, documentation and personnel are not automatically at the disposal of the Contractor. If access to government premises, computer systems (micro computer network), working space, telephones, terminals, documentation and personnel for consultation is required by the Contractor to perform the Work, the Contractor must advise the Technical Authority of the need for such access in a timely fashion. If the Contractor's request for access is approved by Canada and arrangements are made to provide access to the Contractor, the Contractor, its subcontractors, agents and employees must comply with all the conditions applicable at the Work site. The Contractor must further ensure that the facilities and equipment are used solely for the performance of the Contract.
