Agreement Recognition. The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement between the parties enumerated below.
Agreement Recognition. Certificated 1.1 This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Community Learning Center Schools, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, which together with its administrative staff and representatives shall be referred to in this Agreement as the “Board” or “CLCS” or “School” and the California Teachers Association, the certificated employeesexclusive representative, which together with its officers and representatives shall be referred to in this Agreement as “NAU” (Nea Community Learning Center and Alameda Community Learning Center United). 1.2 CLCS recognizes NAU as the exclusive representative of all certificated facilitators, psychologists, counselors, non-certificated classroom facilitators hired pursuant to Education Code section 47605(l), and long-term substitutes (employed at least 60 workdays within a 75 workday period) at Alameda Community Learning Center (“ACLC”) and Nea Community Learning Center (“Nea”). 1.3 This Agreement is entered into and shall be enforced pursuant to Chapter 103, Sections 3540-3549 of the Government Code, which shall be referred to as the “EERA.”
Agreement Recognition. This Agreement is entered into this 21st day of June, 2010, between the Xxxxxx Public Schools and the Xxxxxx Educational Support Personnel Association MEA/NEA, the exclusive agent of any and, Transportation, Paraprofessionals and Health Aides hired by the Xxxxxx Public Schools. Unless otherwise indicated, use of the term Employee or Bargaining Unit Member when used hereinafter in this Agreement shall refer to all members of the above-defined bargaining unit. Agreement Recognition. 1.01 The London City Board of Education (hereinafter called the “Board”) recognizes the Ohio Association of Public School Employees OAPSE/AFSCME Local 4/AFL-CIO and its Local #657 (hereinafter called the “Union”) as the exclusive bargaining representative for all regular part- time and full-time classified employees in the bargaining unit. Recognition shall continue for the term of this Agreement. 1.02 When such satisfactory evidence is submitted by the Union, the Board will recognize the Union as the official bargaining representative for the classified employee bargaining unit, which shall be, defined as all regular part-time and full-time classified employees with the exception of the following classified employees. 1. Transportation Supervisor 1.03 The Board and the Union recognize and agree that all members of the bargaining unit have the right to join, participate in, and assist the Union, and the right to refrain from such without limitation or coercion. Membership in any organization or the payment of any fee or assessment to an organization shall not be a condition of employment or continuation of employment.

Agreement Recognition. 1.1 The articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement between the Mendocino College Federation of Teachers, AFT/CFT Local 6322 and the Mendocino-Lake Community College District. 1.2 The Board of Trustees of the Mendocino-Lake Community College District, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or "District", hereby recognizes the Mendocino College Federation of Teachers, CFT/AFT Local 6322, hereinafter referred to as "MCFT,” as the sole and exclusive representative of all full- time faculty, including the following classifications: instructors, counselors, and librarians. 1.3 This contract will supersede any and all existing or prior verbal or written rules, regulations, resolutions, and policy statements of the Board or management and all existing and prior customs, practices, and alleged past practices of the Board or management in regard to the subject matter herein. 1.4 Should any new full-time faculty classifications be established during the term of this agreement, the District and MCFT will meet to determine whether or not such classifications belong within the unit. Should the placement not be mutually agreed to within thirty (30) days, it may be submitted by either party to the Public Employment Relations Board for resolution.

Agreement Recognition. Section A. This Agreement is entered into this 13th day of September, 2012 between the Xxxx Oak Board of Education, hereinafter called the "Board" and the Southwest Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the "S.M.E. A. and its respective affiliate, The Xxxx Oak Education Association, hereinafter called the "Association".*SMEA abbreviation for Southwest Michigan Education Association. Section B. The Board recognizes the SMEA as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all certified personnel employed by the Xxxx Oak Board of Education under contract or on approved leave including classroom teachers, school librarians, teaching specialists, and guidance counselors. All other employees of the Board are excluded from this Agreement including: Superintendent, Principals, Athletic Directors, Administrative Assistants, and substitute teachers. The Board agrees not to negotiate with or recognize any teachers organization other than the SMEA and its respective affiliate, the BOEA for the duration of this agreement. Section C. The SMEA recognizes and designates the Xxxx Oak Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) as the administrator of this contract including the processing of grievances. Section D. The terms of the agreement shall be applied to all teachers of the bargaining unit and any references to one gender shall include the other gender. Section E. Teachers working less than full time shall receive benefits on a pro-rata basis. Pro-ration would be based on: A. Amount of hours taught Example: teaching three hours a day would be 3/7 of the benefits in a seven hour day.
Agreement Recognition. The Denair Unified Teachers Association/CTA/NEA is recognized as the exclusive representative of all the certificated classroom teachers, certificated classroom teachers who are under contract at the District, but excluding substitute teachers, principals, management, high school counselor(s), technology coordinator(s), supervisory and confidential employees. The charter petition of a District authorized charter school, Denair Elementary Charter Academy, provides that all permanent and probationary certificated employees (“District contractual employees”) serving at this District authorized charter school shall be represented by DUTA. Denair Charter Academy certificated employees are also represented by DUTA. The certificated employees contracted to work at these two charter schools are members of the existing DUTA bargaining unit and covered by the collective bargaining agreement between DUTA and the District. DUTA retains the right to represent District contractual employees who voluntarily request [Ed. Code 47605(e)] to be employed at a District authorized charter school.
