Meeting No. 1 – FNI will prepare for and facilitate an in-person/virtual hybrid public meeting located at the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx meeting facility located on the site. This meeting will be informational only. Prepared remarks will center around giving City staff and FNI the opportunity to give project updates and layout the process moving forward to the community. After the prepared remarks, the attendees will be invited to adjourn to a breakout area for an open-house style meeting. FNI will provide up to three (3) staff members to field any question related to the process moving forward. FNI will prepare printed exhibits such as the updated 2013 Master Plan or current aerial photography to use for reference when speaking to the public. FNI will prepare an after-meeting narrative which records the public feedback.

  • Meeting Space The Union may request use of State property to hold meetings. Where feasible, the Employer will provide such space. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.
