6.1.2 Allocation to tasks and the location of work will be at the Employers’ direction. Employees may be transferred to other reasonable locations to perform work of a similar nature appropriate to their classification either on a temporary or permanent basis.
6.1.3 Employees will be required to actively participate in the Employers Performance Management Programme.
6.1.4 Nothing in this Agreement precludes an Employees appointment to another classification of work within this Agreement, in which case this Agreement continues to apply.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE (Note - The CER classification and work requirements are inclusive of the newly established Associate Customer Experience Representative found in a Letter of Agreement in the back of this CBA) The Customer Experience Representative will encourage all Customer Experience employees to provide a consistent and superior level of service that promotes customer loyalty and future business. The work of a Customer Experience Representative shall be to supervise, direct, lead, instruct and assist the Customer Experience Agent classification including on-the-job training. In connection with this work he shall be responsible for the administration and application of the established policies and procedures of the Company relative to his job description. He may be required to perform the work of a Customer Experience Agent when necessary. He will also perform other duties as required or where directed by Management, relative to his job description. He will be required to obtain and maintain qualifications relevant to his job description. These qualifications will not be in conflict with those spelled out in the agreement. He will be given necessary time and the training to secure such qualifications and will not be penalized by the Company if it fails to provide or schedule the necessary training. All classifications can be required to carry out all and any functions that fall within their scope of Approvals, to support and maintain the operation. The work of a Maintenance Representative shall consist of, but not limited to, instructing and directly supervising the work of mechanics and related personnel assigned to him, in regard to maintenance, overhaul servicing of aircraft, their components and accessories and ground equipment. In connection with this work, he may be required to be responsible for the administration of established policy and procedures. He will be required to hold current British Airways authorizations and comply with CAA Directives, and such authorization must be endorsed to cover the types of aircraft at the station or stations in question. He will in all cases be given reasonable time and the necessary training to secure such authorizations or extensions. He will certify all aircraft as required. A Maintenance Representative will perform all the work required in the Mechanic classification. In addition, as a working member of the group he will be required to lead and direct the work of Mechanics.
