W AGES. (a) The following shall be the guaranteed minimum weekly salaries, and each employee covered hereby is guaranteed forty (40) hours of work each week. Any employee at the date of entering into this agreement receiving more or enjoying better conditions than herein provided shall suffer no loss of any kind as a result of this Agreement. Classifications and wage rates see Appendix A. Superannuated man’s rate of pay will be decided by the man involved, the employer involved, and the Union.
(b) When employees are called to work and are not permitted to work a full day, they shall be paid a full day’s pay.
(c) Apprentices shall be employed only in accordance with the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Act.
W AGES. 5a. The scale of wages and job classifications in Appendix A is attached hereto and made a part of this Contract. n <vr 5b. Extra help called at the beginning of a shift, if qualified, shall receive eight (8) hours’ pay. Extra journeymen, apprentice meat cut ters, weighers and wrappers shall receive 10c per hour above the rate of pay for their classi fication. - .
W AGES. Wage rates for specified job classifications shall not be less than as set forth in Schedule “A” attached hereto as a part of this Agreement and shall be maintained for the life of the Agreement.
W AGES. B.1.1. Wages shall be paid bi-weekly by direct bank deposit to the Employee’s personal account at a bank, trust company or credit union.
W AGES. 1. Wage/salary schedules attached hereto will remain in effect for the sole purpose of establishing a starting wage/salary for newly hired Employees. All increases, or increases provided in this paragraph/section are specifically contingent upon satisfaction of the evaluation standards set forth in Article 32.
2. Employees will receive base wage increases based on individual Employee performance. The Employer will assign the Performance Pay to individual Employees in varying amounts ranging from 0.0% to 2.0% of the employee’s current bi-weekly rate. The Union agrees that the Employer may provide additional increases during the contract period at its discretion.
(a) If an Employee is not at the top of the pay range, the Performance Pay amount will be distributed as an increase to the Employee’s bi-weekly rate or annual salary, whichever is applicable, up to the maximum of the range. Any excess amount will be paid as a lump sum. Payment will commence at the next full pay period in January after the Employee’s performance evaluation. If an Employee is at the top of the pay range or higher (e.g. “red circled”), the Performance Pay amount will be distributed as a lump sum on the first full pay period in January after the Employee’s performance evaluation with no increase in the Employee’s bi-weekly rate or annual salary, whichever is applicable.
(b) The measurement period for Performance Pay distributed in January shall be from October 1 to September 30 of the previous year.
3. The Employer may place new or reclassified employees on the attached salary schedule at a step commensurate with their previous experience pursuant to Board Policy 2.18 currently in effect.
4. All questions concerning payroll or individual payroll checks will be directed to the immediate Supervisor who shall investigate the issue with the payroll/finance department. However, if there is no response from the Supervisor within three workdays, such questions should be referred to the Human Resource Department.
W AGES. A. Continuing Employees
1. For 2014-15, all bargaining unit members shall receive 3.75% over the 2013- 14 rate. Full time unit members on staff as of September 1,2014, will receive an additional $350 added to her or his annual base salary.
2. For 2015-16, all bargaining unit members shall receive 3.75% over the 2014- 15 rate. Full time unit members on staff as of September 1,2014, will receive an additional $350 added to her or hisannual base salary.
3. Members of the bargaining unit with the job titles of School Secretary I, Account Clerk I, Typist II or A.V. Specialist, with 15 or more years of District service, will have their hourly rate increased by $.25 per hour effective July 1,2014.
4. Members of the bargaining unit with the job titles Of School Secretary I, Account Clerk I, Typist II or A.V. Specialist, with 14 ormore years of District service, will have their hourly rate increased by $.25 per hour effective July 1,2015.

D. Wage Calculation
1. All ten month employees shall be paid on an annualized wage calculated by multiplying their respective hourly rate by the daily hours scheduled to work by the number of scheduled workdays in each school year plus ten holidays and any longevity stipends. The number of days scheduled to work shall be determined annually and shall match the number of days that students are scheduled to be in school. For example, a Teacher Aide making $10.13 per hour would be paid for the 179 student days scheduled on the school calendar plus 10 holidays for a total of 189 days.
