DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date upon which the Agreement is approved by the Office of the Indiana Attorney General through December 31, 2025, or completion of final audit of the Project by INDOT, whichever occurs first. This Agreement may be renewed or extended under the same terms and conditions subject to the approval of all signing PARTIES.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. 30.01 This Agreement shall continue in effect from September 1, 2004 to August 31st, 2008 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other, in writing, not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until January 31, 2014, and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party notifies the other party in writing of the termination of or proposed revision or addition to the Agreement or any provision thereof. Such notification must be given not more than 120 and not less than 90 days prior to the 31st of January 2014 or in any year thereafter. In such event, any negotiations with respect to such proposals, revisions or additions, shall commence within fifteen (15) days of such notice. It is further provided the Agreement may be extended by mutual consent of the parties.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective on the 15th day of June, 1995 and shall remain in full force and effect until the 30th day of April 1998 and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter until either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of or proposed revision of this Agreement within a period of 90 days before April 30th, 1998 or in a like period in any year thereafter. On receipt of such notice the parties to this Collective Agreement shall convene a meeting within fifteen (15) days and bargain in good faith to endeavour to make a new Collective Agreement.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. 22.01 This Agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2008 and shall continue in full force up to and including August 31, 2012, and shall continue automatically thereafter for periods of one year unless either party notifies the other, in writing, not before ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date and not later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiry date, that it desires to negotiate with a view to renewal, with or without modification, of this Agreement. If either party gives notice of its desire to negotiate amendments in accordance with this Article 22.01, the parties shall meet within fifteen (15) days from the giving of notice to commence negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Agreement, unless the parties agree otherwise, in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
