Recognition. Pursuant to the Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971, as amended, the Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative in the appropriate unit as described in the decisions of the Bureau of Mediation Services in the cases 72- PR-180-A, 73-PR-414-A, and 73-PR-431-A dated January 24, 1975; and the Bureau of Mediation decision in cases 72-PR-180-A, 73-PR-414-A and 73-PR-431-A dated April 24, 1975, case 80- PR-1305-A dated June 30, 1980; and case 83-PR-1218-A dated September 9, 1983.

Section A. Recognition. Pursuant to SDCL 3-18, the Board of Education of Xxxxxxxx School District #17-2, Davison County, South Dakota, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, recognizes the Xxxxxxxx Classified Education Association (MCEA), and affiliate of the South Dakota Education Association (SDEA) and the National Education Association (NEA), hereinafter referred to as the “Association”, as the sole and exclusive representative for all classified employees of the Board in the categories of secretary, physical plant teams, custodian, instructional assistant or technician, and food service personnel, except employees at the Child Development Center. However, the positions of ‘Employee Services Director’ and ‘Secretary to the Superintendent’ shall not be included within the scope of this agreement.
Section A. Recognition. Subject to the terms and provisions hereinafter provided and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Committee, during the term of and to the extent provided in the Agreement, recognizes the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Education Association (Association) as the exclusive collective bargaining representative with respect to wages, hours, standards of productivity and performance and other conditions of employment in the bargaining unit consisting of all full and regular part-time teachers, teaching specialists, counselors, adjustment counselors, school psychologists, nurses, librarians, and head teachers, employed by the District, and excluding the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, Principals, Assistant Principals, Curriculum Coordinators, PK-12 Special Education Administrator, Athletic Director, Director of Counseling Services, Administrative employees, long term substitutes, office and clerical employees, custodial employees, cafeteria employees and all other employees.
Section A. Recognition. This Agreement is entered into between the Board of School Trustees of the School City of Xxxxxxx, hereinafter referred to as the Board, and the SEIU Healthcare, United for Quality Care SEIU Healthcare Illinois and Indiana, CTW, CLC, hereinafter referred to as the Union. The Employer recognized the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative of the employees in the bargaining unit. Accordingly, the Union makes this Agreement in its capacity as the exclusive bargaining representative of all employees in the bargaining unit. The provisions of this Agreement constitute the sole procedure for the processing and settlement of any claim by an employee or the Union of a violation by the Employer of this Agreement. As a representative of the employees, the Union may process grievances through the grievance procedure in accordance with this Agreement or adjust, modify, or settle the same. Upon the request of either party, representatives of the Union and the Employer shall arrange reasonable meeting times and places to discuss matters of mutual concern.

Section A. Recognition. The Board herein recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative as defined in Section II of Act 379, Public Acts of 1965, with respect to rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment for all regularly employed teaching personnel, and ancillary staff. Ancillary staff refers specifically to psychologists, social workers, occupational and physical therapists, non- certificated counselors, non-certificated speech pathologists and Registered Nurses. This agreement excludes the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, Directors, Coordinators, Managers, Supervisors, Principals, Assistant Principals, the Athletic Director, substitute teachers – including contracted substitute teachers, hourly or per diem workers, teacher assistants and other attendance officers, student teachers, summer school teachers, and driver’s education teachers who are not currently employed as teachers by the District and all other administrative, supervisory and executive personnel. Also excluded are custodial, secretaries, clerks, cafeteria, maintenance, operational and transportation personnel. As used herein, the term “employee” refers to any individual employee within this bargaining unit.
Section A. Recognition. The Rockwood School District (District) recognizes the Rockwood National Education Association (RNEA) as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all regular full and part-time professional teaching employees of the District, who are paid on the basis of the teacher salary schedule excluding supervisory and administrative employees. This includes: teachers, counselors, librarians, instructional technology specialists, early childhood teachers, early childhood special education teachers, speech language pathologists, psychometrists, content facilitators and data analysts. This excludes all other employees, including without limitation, administrative interns, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and substitute teachers. Provided, however, the District and RNEA recognize that part-time employees in the classifications represented by the RNEA, as listed above, are not entitled to medical, dental, vision, life or long term disability benefits as otherwise provided in this Current Agreement.

Recognition. The Board of School Trustees of the Merrillville Community School Corporation, hereinafter called the “Board,” hereby recognizes the Merrillville Educational Support Personnel Association, an affiliate of the Indiana State Teachers Association and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the “Association,” as the exclusive collective bargaining representative with respect to wages, hours of employment and other related conditions of employment for all employees in the bargaining unit. The Association agrees to establish and maintain itself as the collective bargaining representative to represent all employees in the bargaining unit for matters covered within this Contractual Agreement. The Board will bargain with no other collective bargaining representative with respect to this bargaining unit during the term of this Contractual Agreement and will not enter into any other contracts with members of the bargaining unit, individually or collectively, which in any way conflict with the terms and provisions of this Contractual Agreement.
