Section Overtime. 7 Retroactive to January 1, 2016 HCWs/PSWs shall be paid at a rate of time and a half (1 ½ ) of 8 her/his hourly wage rate for all hours authorized and paid in excess of forty (40) hours per week. 9 For workers with multiple hourly rates, overtime shall be paid at a rate of time and a half (1 ½) of 10 their weighted hourly average wage.

Section Overtime. (A) All work done by an employee before or after the regular shift and all work done in excess of the regular workday in the employee’s regular workweek shall be considered overtime work and shall be paid for at one and one half times such employee’s current regular straight-time hourly rate. All work done by an employee during the next shift following the employee’s regular workweek shall be considered overtime work and shall be paid for at one and one half times the employee’s regular straight-time hourly rate for the first eight hours. All subsequent hours worked on such shift shall be paid for at two times such employee’s current regular straight-time hourly rate. All work done by an employee on a shift that comes after the next shift following the employee’s regular workweek shall be considered overtime work and shall be paid for at two time such employee’s current regular straight-time hourly rate. All work done by an employee on Sunday shall be considered overtime work and shall be paid for at two times such employee’s current regular straight-time hourly rate. For the classification of truck driver, the regular, straight-time hourly rate will apply for up to ten hours in a day and up to hours in a week, as per Regulation Trucking Industry for Highway Hauling.
Section Overtime. Overtime shall be allocated on the basis of seniority on a voluntary manner to those employees working in the department where the overtime is required, providing, however, the junior employee or employees shall be required to work overtime should the senior employee not volunteer to work overtime. There will be no overtime scheduled in excess of four (4) hours over an eight (8)hour shift. Employees who are scheduled to work thirty-seven (37) hours per week shall, notwithstanding subparagraph (a),receive time and one half (1 their regular rate of pay for all hours worked over eight (8)hours in any shift of all time worked in excess of thirty- seven (37) hours in a week.
Section Overtime. A driver shall be paid at one and one-half times his regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked at the hourly rate in excess of eight hours per day or forty hours per week. Notwithstanding above paragraph, a highway driver performing a combination of hourly and mileage' rated work shall. be paid at the overtime premium rate in addition to the straight time hourly and/or mileage rate for all time worked at the hourly and/or mileage rate in of ten hours per day or sixty hours per week. Highway drivers shall have the right to decline further work when they have accumulated a total of forty-five hours or miles in any week. No driver will be dispatched from home terminal when he has accumulated miles in a week. When a driver at foreign terminal has reached miles in week he must be dispatched on a trip directly en route to his home terminal. Any General Holiday that falls within the scheduled work week shall reduce the number of miles driven or hours worked for the purpose of booking off by ten hours or four hundred miles for each General Holiday. Section Overtime. All time worked in excess of the basic work week, as defined in Section or the regular working day as scheduled by the Company, which shall not exceed eight (8) hours per day, and after the completion of the clean-up period, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half the employee's regular hourly rate provided that both daily and weekly overtime shall not be paid for, or as a result of, the same hours. I It is further understood that should the "clean-up" period be exceeded, then overtime rates shall be paid for all such additional time so worked including the "clean-up" period. All time worked by regular full-time employees on their scheduled day off, when forty-eight (48) hours notice has not been given, and no emergency exists, shall be paid for at the rate of double time of employee's hourly rate for all time so employed. All overtime must be authorized by management. Overtime shall be by mutual consent and where practical, shall be offered to the most senior employee on the shift, provided the employee has the ability and qualifications to perform the work of the required overtime. If the senior employee does not wish to accept the overtime, the management will assign the job function to such employee who is available and has the ability and is qualified to do the work. When the store is not open for Sunday business, any full-time employee scheduled to work on Sunday shall be paid double time his regular, hourly rate of pay for all hours worked. Any employee, other than full-time, scheduled to work on Sunday shall be paid time and one-half his regular hourly rate for all hours worked. The following conditions shall apply when the store is open for Sunday business: Sunday work for full-time employees will be voluntary in departments where there are available part-time employees to work Sunday. The Company will staff part-time employees in the store on Sunday on a volunteer basis to the extent possible. If insufficient staff are available, the Company may schedule employees in reverse order of seniority. It is the intention of the Company and the Union that all employees co- operate in the rotation of Sunday work. Should staffing shortages arise, the Company and the Union will meet and resolve the staffing difficulties by way of a fair rotation system. Section Overtime. Daily overtime work shall be assigned first, to the employee on the job where the is to be worked; second, to the senior, qualified employee in the classification; and third, to the junior, qualified employee in the classification who must work the overtime.
