Classification Description. Severity Level 1 (Critical) ● Service is at a standstill – the SSLP Group Ltd System is unavailable ● Inability to send secure emails ● Issues with a third-party supplier (critical to processing) Severity Level 2 (Serious) • Services are significantly impaired and key business processes, such as ability to send secure emails and payslips cannot be conducted without significant delay, but systems are still available • Inability to process emails/payslips for a short period or for a section of Client base • Internal email or telephone systems are unavailable Severity Level 3 (Moderate) • Other services such as support or customisations cannot be carried out without significant delay, but all systems are operational. • Issues with a third-party supplier (non-critical) Severity Level 4 (Minor) • Integration and test/development system issues, minor incidents and enquiries • Queries regarding accounts or problems to access • Cosmetic impact if in relation to Client customisation The target time for SSLP Group Ltd to respond to all faults is outlined in Table 2, the target time being from fault notification by Client or SSLP Group Ltd. SSLP Group Ltd will update the Client at the target interval indicated until a solution is found. Level 1 (Critical) 60 minutes Acknowledge and communicate incident to Client via ‘Incident Report’. Classification Description. Section 1. The Employer shall develop all job descriptions and determine the classifications for said descriptions. All job descriptions shall be in writing with a complete set of said descriptions retained by the Employer and the Union. Section 2. Any new job descriptions developed and classified by the Employer or the reclassification of an existing job description by the Employer shall be discussed with the Union. In the event of a dispute over the subject job description or classifications of said descriptions the Employer can implement said job classification. Section 3. In the event of dispute over the implementation of a new job description or classification, the issue will be subject to the grievance procedure.

Classification Description. Section 1. Each position will be assigned to the appropriate classification on the basis of its knowledge, skills, and abilities. Section 2. The City reserves the right to determine and modify the assignment of duties to individual positions, decide allocation of individual positions to classifications, and develop, modify, and abolish classifications. Section 3. The City will maintain written classification descriptions for each position in the City and make available a copy to the incumbent and the Union. The City will also provide an assignment addendum identifying job duties to employees as assigned.* The City reserves the right to assign employees within their classification at the City’s discretion. Section 4. An employee may request a review of their classification description or assignment addendum if the employee feels the description no longer fits the duties of the position. The employee and the supervisor will develop appropriate changes. Section 5. The employee shall submit the classification description or assignment addendum showing the desired changes to their supervisor and Department Manager (if other than the employee’s supervisor). If approved, it will be forwarded to Human Resources for review. After review by Human Resources, the revised classification description or assignment addendum shall be submitted to the City Manager for consideration. If the revision is approved by the City Manager, a copy of the revised classification description will be sent to the Union. If the matter is not resolved between the employee and supervisor, the employee may, within thirty (30) days following the employee’s initial written classification description or assignment addendum review request, submit a written classification or assignment addendum review request to Human Resources. The City will have thirty (30) days to review and respond in writing to the request. Should an employee disagree with the decision of the City, the employee may submit a rebuttal for consideration by the City Manager. The City Manager will in good faith review the rebuttal and provide a timely response. Revisions are not subject to the grievance process. Section 6. Should there be disagreement regarding the contents of the classification description, the employee has the right to attach written comments to the classification description, to be kept in the employee’s personnel file.
