Employee Benefits Program. The District will contribute benefit credits toward the employee’s Flexible Benefits Program. Flex credits will be allocated to both the “core” and “buy up” PPO options. The level of Flex credits will be based upon the tier of medical coverage elected or the waiving of medical coverage. The Flexible Benefits coverage provided by the District for Residential Faculty members in the course of their employment, will also be provided in the same manner for those Residential Faculty members while on sabbatical or other paid leaves of absences.

Employee Benefits Program. 1. All District contributions health plans are subject to the hard caps set forth in MCL 15.561 Employees and eligible dependents will become eligible for health care coverage upon their 89th calendar days of their employment.

Each unit member’s contribution 26 obligation for the medical insurance is determined by the level of coverage (single, two 27 party, family) that is selected and FTE. Employee Benefits Program. 11.1 Forestry Tasmania provides for its employees a range of benefits designed to improve work/family life balance and employee well-being generally. These benefits include but are not limited to:
a. Paid Maternity Leave;
b. Job Sharing;
c. Employee Assistance Program; d. Support for non-work related rehabilitation;
Employee Benefits Program. The Executive shall be entitled to benefits available to any other similarly situated executive employee of the Company pursuant to Company programs (the “Employee Benefits Program”), including, by way of illustration, but not limitation, paid holidays, sick leave, dental, and health insurance programs of the Company, as and to the extent that any such programs are or may from time to time be in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year commensurate with the Company’s vacation policy, which shall be taken at times as the CEO reasonably approves. The Company shall not be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending or discontinuing any benefit plan, program or perquisite, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to other executive employees of the Company.

In addition to the compensation to which the Executive is entitled pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement, during the term of his employment, the Executive is eligible to participate in any pension or retirement plan, insurance or other employee benefit plan that is maintained at that time by the Company for its senior executive employees, including programs of life, disability, medical, dental and vision insurance, subject to the provisions of such plans as may be in effect from time to time and applicable law. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any of its employee benefit plans or programs at any time without recourse by the Executive.

Each unit member’s contribution obligation for the medical insurance is determined by the level of coverage (single, two-party, family) that is selected.
2.7.1.1 For the 2017-2018 school year, the tenthly District contribution on behalf of each full-time employee is as follows: • Single (employee only) - six hundred twenty dollars and forty-three cents ($620.43); • Two-party (employee and one[1] dependent) - one thousand two hundred seventy-seven dollars and seventy-eight cents ($1,277.78); • Family (employee and two[2] or more dependents) - one thousand seven hundred seventy- three dollars and seventy-two cents($1,773.72).
2.7.1.2 Each employee is responsible for the difference between the District contribution and the monthly cost of the selected health benefit plans. The administrative fee of .33% shall be included in the payroll deduction for the benefit cost.
2.7.1.3 If the District achieves a savings in the per-member contributions as a result of an employee electing an insurance plan coverage that costs less than the District’s contribution for the 2016- 2017 coverage in which the employee was enrolled, a reduction in District contribution amounts for unit members who are married to other unit members, or other verifiable savings, the savings shall be placed in a restricted fund to offset future cost increases to unit members. The distribution of the savings dollars shall be determined by the Association.
2.7.2 The following special provisions are related to the employee insurance benefits program.
2.7.2.1 Each unit member employed at .80 FTE or greater on or after January 1, 2008 shall be required to enroll as the subscriber and pay the applicable contribution for the plan selected in the District’s health and welfare insurance program. Employees hired prior to January 1, 2008 are not required to enroll in the District’s health and welfare insurance plan. However, once the employee hired prior to January 1, 2008 enrolls in the District’s health and welfare plan as a subscriber, the employee must remain as a subscriber in the District’s health and welfare plan as long as they remain an employee of the District.
2.7.2.2 Permanent and probationary employees .16 to .79 FTE, and temporary employees .60 FTE to .79 FTE, shall have the option to participate and shall have District health and welfare plan contributions pr...
Employee Benefits Program. Standard PTR employees are eligible for the flexible benefits program with 50% flex credits. Legacy PTR employees will be provided with the same level of flex credits granted a Full-time Regular. Legacy PTR employees (including Legacy Job Shares) and all Standard PTR employees shall be entitled to the improved 26 week Sick Leave entitlement.
6. POST-RETIREMENT BENEFITS
1. FortisBC Street Team roles are hired as Relief Clerks, group 3. When acting in the FortisBC Street Team “Lead” role, that role is paid at a group 4 pay level.
2. A work day consists of any consecutive hours up to 7.5 hours, exclusive of lunch period, and may be scheduled between 6:00 and 22:00 at straight-time rates. Time worked in excess of 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 in a week will be compensated at double time rates.
3. A work week shall consist of up to 37.5 hours, consisting of up to five days, Monday through Sunday. Days worked in excess of five days in a work week will be compensated at overtime rates.
4. The Company will post the schedules at least two weeks in advance. If, due to legitimate business needs, it becomes necessary to vary a schedule with less than two weeks notice, the Company will ask for volunteers. Where no employee voluntarily accepts such a shift change, the Company will vary the schedule in an equitable manner and those impacted by the change will receive the following premiums: Change in hours of work on a pre-scheduled day:
(i) 48 hours’ notice – no penalty
(ii) Less than 48 hours’ notice –overtime pay for the difference in shift
(iii) In case of cancelled shift with less than 48 hours’ notice a minimum of 2 hours will be paid. Change in scheduled days off:
(i) Minimum one week notice: no penalty
(ii) Less than one week notice: compensated at overtime rates for hours worked on scheduled day off.
5. Due to the nature of the work performed, regular weekend work is required. As such, there is no limit on the number of weekends FortisBC Street Team Members work.
6. Where an employee works more than 7.5 hours per day, meal entitlements will be in accordance with Article 16.09
7. All time worked before 6:30 and after 17:30 shall be subject to a 12% non core premium. This premium is not paid if the time worked during these hours is at the employee’s request or if it attracts a higher premium rate pursuant to articles 13 and 16.
