Floating holidays shall be taken at the discretion of the employee, provided that the Division Superintendent approves the scheduled date. Such approval will not be unreasonably denied.

Members on a regular 40 hour shift will be eligible for legal holidays and personal leave under the same terms as other Group II Mangers under the citywide Management Performance and Compensation Plan. Effective May 7, 2013, holidays and personal leave for the July 2012 through June 2013 Fiscal Year will be restored to these levels.
