Section General Holidays. I The following are general statutory holidays which may be celebrated on dates coinci- dent with celebration by the Federal Public Service: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Xxx- xxxxx Day,Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanks- giving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. A Supervisor who works on a gen- eral holiday shall be paid a day’s pay plus time and one half for hours worked. A Supervisor who does not work on a general xxxxxxx because no work can be provided for him or her due to a reduction in service, but not due to his or her unwill- ingness to accept available work shall be paid a normal day’s pay. In order to qualify, a Transit must be entitled to wages for ut least fifteen days during the thirty calendar days immediately preceding a gen- eral holiday.
