Sick Leave For Part-Time Employees. Any specified entitlement to sick leave shall be pro-rated for part-time employees except that a part-time employee shall receive an entitlement to no less than five (working) days paid sick leave for the first twelve months of their employment and a minimum of five additional working days for each subsequent 12 month period.
