Job Classifications and Descriptions. Job classifications and descriptions and their respective departments are set out below. They shall not be materially altered, amended, changed, or deleted, nor shall new classifications, descriptions or departments be established without the mutual agreement of the parties hereto.

Job Classifications and Descriptions. If the Company desires to introduce a new job classification they will meet with the Union to negotiate rates of pay for the job. If the Company and the Union cannot negotiate the rates, then the matter will be referred to arbitration for resolution. Job Classifications and Descriptions shall be as set out in Appendix “B” of this Agreement.
Job Classifications and Descriptions. 1. The parties recognize the right of the Employer to assign employees to work in any of the following classifications, provided they are paid properly under the Agreement. It is not the intent of the Employer to assign employees to classifications other than their own unless the needs of the business so require. The following job descriptions and classifications shall continue in effect unless the Employer makes substantial changes in job content. Until such time as business conditions dictate, employees will be cross utilized to ensure customer requirements are satisfied. The Company further acknowledges that as the business develops and conditions warrant available work will be assigned, to the extent possible, along job classification lines. Finally in the event that DCA reopens as a full-service fixed base operation providing pre- September 11, 2001, service levels to general aviation customers, the Company agrees to meet with the Union to discuss staffing, job assignments and duties and responsibilities of bargaining unit employees.
Job Classifications and Descriptions. 13:01 The Parties hereby acknowledge and accept all existing job classifications and descriptions as the recognized job classifications and descriptions for the purposes of this Agreement. 13:02 When a new position is established, the Union shall be advised of the new position, provided with a position description, and an interim rate shall be subject to negotiations between the Union and the Employer, and failing agreement, may be processed through the grievance procedure.
Job Classifications and Descriptions. A. A Classification Review Committee shall be established. The purpose of the committee shall be to review all administratively suggested and employee requested changes in the placement of a position within a classification.
1. The committee shall be composed of three (3) administrators appointed by the District and two (2) employees appointed by the Association.
2. The committee shall determine its procedures for operating.
3. The committee shall determine the appropriate classification of a position by utilizing the document “Secretarial Classification System.”
4. The incumbent employee(s) of the position being considered for reclassification shall be permitted to meet with the committee in order to offer information the employee(s) feels is relevant to the matter. In the event the committee determines by majority vote that a reclassification of a position is appropriate, said position shall be reclassified. In the event the committee does not determine that a reclassification of a given position is appropriate, the position shall remain in the classification to which it is assigned in Article 17, Section O of this Agreement.
B. Bargaining unit employees seeking a revision in classification shall file a request in writing with the Human Resources Director on or before February 1st. Should the Employer deem it necessary to revise any classification(s), such revision(s) shall be finalized for the forthcoming work year on or before May 1 annually.
1. Bargaining unit employees who are affected by a revision in classification shall be notified in writing not later than June 1 prior to the forthcoming work year. The Association President shall be provided with a copy of said notice.
2. If a revision to a higher classification occurs for a bargaining unit employee, the bargaining unit employee will be placed on the same step of the higher classification, where she will remain until his/her regular anniversary date calls for an advancement in step.
3. If a revision is to a lower classification, the bargaining unit employee will be placed in the new classification and title, but will retain his/her present salary status until he/she has the opportunity to transfer to another position within his/her former classification.
C. When job descriptions are developed and/or revised, the Association shall be so informed and a meeting with the Association will be scheduled to review the revision and to obtain input from the Association on such job descriptions. The Associa...

Job Classifications and Descriptions. The Company and the Union have negotiated on and reached final agreement of job classifications and job descriptions. These job classifications and descriptions are set forth in Appendix A which is fully incorporated in this Agreement. Notwithstanding Article 1, Section 2, and Article 21, whenever the duties, responsibilities or other job content of any classification have changed substantially, either party to this Agreement may request a meeting with the other for the purpose of arriving at a satisfactory adjustment in rate for the same. Prior to the inauguration of a permanent new classification or job, the Union shall be advised of its intended establishment. When the permanent new job or classification is created, the Company shall negotiate these changes with the local Union.
Job Classifications and Descriptions. The Employer agrees to draw up job descriptions for all positions and classifications for which the Union is bargaining agent. These descriptions shall be presented to the Union and shall become the recognized job descriptions, unless the Union presents written objection within thirty days.
