Union Related Matters. Any TWU related training encountered by a delegate shall be paid at the wage rate prescribed for the appropriate classification in schedule A of this agreement and in addition 30 percent plus reasonable expenses. TA-V will continue to pay staff memberships in recognition of the ongoing saving made by Toll agreed to by staff in this Agreement. These fees will be paid after the proper paperwork is provided and in accordance with TA-V accounting policies and procedures.

Union Related Matters. TWU Delegates leave and training shall be as per the Toll TWU Heads of Agreement. Mater recognises the role of Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation Qld (ASMOFQ) and Together Union (TU) delegates (“Union delegates”) and peer nominated workplace representatives in the workplace and is supportive of their workplace representation. A Senior Medical Officer elected as a Union delegate will, upon notification to Mater by the Union, be recognised as an accredited representative of the Union.
