The following packages are available, based on the purchase of school-based sessions. A session is 3 hours. These bespoke packages have become popular with larger schools and federations of smaller schools. They can represent very good value if a group of schools purchase together. A Copper package (i.e. 3 sessions) would usually equate to one EP assessment. This consists of individual work with the pupil, consultation with staff, parents and any other outside agencies and a written report. Our therapeutic interventions include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and other interventions such as support for PTSD post -traumatic stress disorder. We estimate an intervention to require approximately 6 sessions (Bronze Package). This includes liaison with parents and school as well as direct work with the young person. The Bereavement & Critical Incident Response Team - For the Children and Young People of Shropshire, there is free access to psychological support through the Bereavement and Critical Incident Response Team following a critical incident. Head Teachers and Senior Managers are accustomed to managing a huge variety of different situations. However, the sudden death of a pupil or a member of staff is devastating and can have a wide-reaching impact on both the school and the local community. For nearly 15 years a specialist team of Educational Psychologists within the Educational Psychology Service, known as “The Bereavement & Critical Incident Response Team”, has been supporting schools following a tragic event. Over the past 7 years the team has supported approximately 90 schools within Shropshire in the following ways: - Immediate (same day) phone advice to Senior Managers. This includes step by step guidance as to the tasks which need to be undertaken that day to ensure that the institution is supporting its students and the wider community in ways which promote emotional health. - A staff meeting within days of the incident to advise staff on how...

POA A2 Writing to the GP or Specialist for medical reports is only required in some circumstances, e.g. for ill health retirements or the management of difficult cases. The cost will be invoiced directly to the School. POA A3 Ill Health retirement referral undertaken by the Council’s Occupational Health Physician including deferred benefits request. *(If the OHP is deemed not to be independent to the case an alternative OHP will be appointed from the OHP Council’s Registered OHP List. There may be additional costs in these circumstances. This will be agreed between the School and OH before the referral is progressed. POA * A4 Provision of Counselling Sessions up to 6 sessions. Via XXXX (Network of Staff Supporters) an independent, external, confidential counselling service. The employee will contact the service directly and confidentially. A school cannot subscribe to the switch maintenance service only. The scheme includes:  8 hour response (during available service hours) to switch problems including exchange where necessary.  Type 1 switches* installed by Stoneleigh Consultancy are covered by a full exchange.  Type 2 switches** installed by GGR Communications or Stoneleigh Consultancy are only covered by a 30-day loan scheme. It is then the school’s responsibility to purchase a replacement. After 30 days have elapsed, SITSS reserves the right to collect the loan switch. These switches are no longer covered by Cisco’s own warranty and as such a premium is applied to reflect the age of the equipment and the probability of failure.  Other Cisco switches are not eligible.  Cisco switches purchased from other third party vendors or grey imports are not eligible.  Wireless controllers and access points are not covered by this maintenance.  Other manufacturers’ switches are not eligible.  All technician costs (including on-site time) associated with the diagnosis and exchange are covered by the annual maintenance payment.  All courier costs associated with the service are covered by the annual maintenance payment. Charging and enquiries. Reactive Maintenance Service Our experienced surveying and admin team provide a daily help call service to resolve your repairs and breakdowns quickly utilising our fully evaluated and competent list of approved contractors. This enables buildings to continue to operate safely, effectively and with minimum disruption. We also offer an out of hours’ service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you have peace of mind knowing that in an emergency we will be able to get things back on track. There are two different plans available on a pay as you go basis management fee, which offer either an annual visit by surveyors or a termly one. The range and scope of services associated with this service are listed below. Services STANDARD ENHANCED 1 ‘Out of hours’ emergency service provision by a Premises Surveyor √ √ 2 Instruction and supervision of day-to-day works (other than orders raised directly by school) √ √ Charging What’s New: Any invoices raised on your behalf will incur a management fee of 13%, this will be charged on a monthly basis when invoices are received.
