Ministers of Religion. It is intended that the Independent Education Union (WA) will give notice to Fair Work Commission under section 183 of the Fair Work Act that it wants this Agreement to cover it. Part II - Communication, Consultation and Dispute Resolution‌ Complaints Procedures‌ Schools and employees agree that complaints about employees need to be handled with sensitivity, care and compassion. The agreed procedure for dealing with complaints is attached in Schedule 10 and shall be used in all Schools Dispute Resolution Process‌ Any dispute relating to a matter arising under this Agreement or arising under the NES or‌ any other industrial matter will be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Process in Schedule 11. Consultation‌ Schools and employees recognise the need for, and merit of, consultation about major workplace changes that are likely to have a significant effect on employees. Consultation will be undertaken in accordance with Schedule 12. Consultative Committees‌ A Consultative Committee may be established in each school. The consultation will consider, but is not limited to, items devolved to it by the separate clauses of this Agreement. Any decisions remain the prerogative of the school. Schools shall have in place a policy statement describing the consultative committee process in the school. The policy will include reference to: Structure of the consultative process Frequency of consultation‌ Employee representation Mechanisms by which employee representatives will consult with and receive direction from employees Development of agendas Mechanisms for feed-back to employees Any other matters as are deemed appropriate by negotiation. Such policy statements will be negotiated and agreed between the School and employees covered by this Agreement in each workplace. Persons authorised to negotiate on behalf of employees will be elected from and by the employees by secret ballot. Employee agreement to the policy will be determined by a simple majority vote by secret ballot. The schools and employees covered by this agreement are committed: to improve the efficiency and productivity of the schools to co-operating positively to increase the efficiency of the schools to enhance the career opportunities and job security of employees.‌ In order to facilitate the outcomes as determined in forgoing parts of this clause, consultation will be the means by which positive assistance can be given to: professional development; the quality of education;‌ the dev...

  • Letters of Reprimand Letters of reprimand are to be removed from an Employee’s personnel file after twelve (12) months from the date of discipline, provided that the Employee has remained discipline free during that period, except in the case of incidents involving residents in which case the record will remain on file if the complaint is not reversed through settlement or arbitration. Leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days will not count towards the twelve (12) month period noted above.

  • LETTERS OF UNDERSTANDING Any Letter of Understanding negotiated between the Company and the Union shall be deemed to form part of this Agreement as if it had been incorporated herein. A Letter of Understanding shall be identified by a heading and a number, and must be signed by representatives of both parties at the Headquarters level.

  • EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINORITIES AND WOMEN In accordance with Section 312 of the Executive Law and 5 NYCRR 143, if this contract is: (i) a written agreement or purchase order instrument, providing for a total expenditure in excess of $25,000.00, whereby a contracting agency is committed to expend or does expend funds in return for labor, services, supplies, equipment, materials or any combination of the foregoing, to be performed for, or rendered or furnished to the contracting agency; or (ii) a written agreement in excess of $100,000.00 whereby a contracting agency is committed to expend or does expend funds for the acquisition, construction, demolition, replacement, major repair or renovation of real property and improvements thereon; or (iii) a written agreement in excess of $100,000.00 whereby the owner of a State assisted housing project is committed to expend or does expend funds for the acquisition, construction, demolition, replacement, major repair or renovation of real property and improvements thereon for such project, then the following shall apply and by signing this agreement the Contractor certifies and affirms that it is Contractor’s equal employment opportunity policy that:

  • Safety and Health Committee The District's Safety and Health Committee shall include three (3) classified staff members appointed by ECCE who shall fully participate in the duties and functions of the Committee. The Safety and Health Committee shall normally meet on a monthly basis.

Allogenic bone marrow transplant covered healthcare services include medical and surgical services for the matching participant donor and the recipient. This plan covers high dose chemotherapy and radiation services related to autologous bone marrow transplantation to the extent required under R.I. Law § 27-20-60. See Experimental or Investigational Services in Section 3 for additional information. When the recipient is a covered member under this plan, the following services are also covered: • obtaining donated organs (including removal from a cadaver); • donor medical and surgical expenses related to obtaining the organ that are integral to the harvesting or directly related to the donation and limited to treatment occurring during the same stay as the harvesting and treatment received during standard post- operative care; and • transportation of the organ from donor to the recipient. The amount you pay for transplant services, for the recipient and eligible donor, is based on the type of service.

  • MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND CONSULAR POSTS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
