Miscellaneous Duties. A. The Contractor shall submit to the City upon request all payrolls, reports, estimates, records and any other data concerning Work performed or to be performed and concerning materials supplied or to be supplied, as well as Subcontractor payment applications and each Subcontractor's progress payment check. The requirements of this subsection shall be provided in all contracts between the Contractor and its Subcontractors.
B. During construction and for five (5) years after Final Payment, the Contractor shall retain and shall also require all Subcontractors to retain for review and/or audit by the City all correspondence, meeting minutes, memoranda, electronic media, books, accounts, reports, files, time cards, material invoices, payrolls, and evidence of all communications, direct and indirect costs, and all other matters related to the bidding and performance of the Work.
C. Upon request by the City, a legible copy or the original of any or all such records shall be produced by the Contractor at any time during or after construction as the City may request.
D. The Contractor shall be responsible for laying out its own Work and for any damage which may occur to work of any other contractor because of the Contractor's own errors or inaccuracies. The Contractor shall also be responsible for unloading, uncrating, storing and handling all materials and equipment to be erected or placed by it, whether furnished by the Contractor or others.
E. The Contractor, Subcontractors and Suppliers shall be responsible for taking all appropriate field measurements prior to fabrication and installation of any item. Such measurements shall be taken sufficiently in advance so as to avoid any delay or potential delay. Failure to adhere to this provision shall render such delays the responsibility of the Contractor.
F. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned, all anchors, bolts, screws, fittings, fillers, hardware, accessories, wiring, conduit, ductwork, trim and other parts required for or in connection with any item or material to make a complete, serviceable, finished and quality installation shall be furnished and installed as part of the item whether or not expressly called for by the Drawings or Specifications.
G. All materials shall be shipped and stored and handled in a manner that will afford protection and ensure their being in factory-new condition at the time they are incorporated in the Work. After installation, they shall be properly protected against damage or ...
Miscellaneous Duties. Manager shall (a) maintain at Manager’s office at Manager’s address as set forth in Section 13.1 and make readily accessible to Owner, orderly files containing rent records, insurance policies, leases and subleases, correspondence, receipted bills and vouchers, bank statements, canceled checks, deposit slips, debit and credit memos, and other documents and papers considered material by Manager or expressly requested by Owner pertaining to the Property or the operation thereof (b) provide reports for Owner’s accountants in the preparation and filing by Owner of each income or other tax return required by any governmental authority as well as reports required by any lender or a lienholder on the property; (c) prepare and file timely all necessary forms for unemployment insurance, withholding and social security taxes and all other tax and other forms relating to employment of Manager’s employees; (d) consider and record tenant service requests in systematic fashion showing the action taken with respect to each, and investigate and report to Owner in a timely fashion with appropriate recommendations all complaints of a nature which might have a material adverse effect on the Property or the Approved Budget; (e) render an inspection report, an assessment for damages and a recommendation on the disposition of any deposit held as security for the performance by the tenant under its lease with respect to each premises vacated; (f) check all bills received for the services, work and supplies ordered in connection with maintaining and operating the Property and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, pay such bills when due and payable and, in no event, later than thirty (30) days after Manager’s receipt of such bills; and (g) not knowingly permit the use of the Property for any purpose that might void any policy of insurance held by Owner or which might render any loss thereunder uncollectible, or which might violate any applicable law, rule or ordinance. All such records are the property of Owner and will be delivered to Owner upon request.
Miscellaneous Duties. The Property Manager shall (a) maintain at the Property Manager's office at the Property Manager's address as set forth in Section 12 or at the subcontractor to the Property Manager or at the Project or at a designated office in the region of the Project and readily accessible to the Tenants in Common orderly files containing rent records, insurance policies, leases and subleases, correspondence, receipted bills and vouchers, bank statements, canceled checks, deposit slips, debit and credit memos, and all other documents and papers pertaining to the Project or the operation thereof; (b) provide reports for the preparation and filing by the Tenants in Common of each income or other tax return required by any governmental authority, including annual statements allocating the expenses of and income from the Project to each Tenant in Common; (c) consider and record tenant service requests in systematic fashion showing the action taken with respect to each, and thoroughly investigate and report to the Tenants in Common in a timely fashion with appropriate recommendations all complaints of a nature that might have a material adverse effect on the Project or the Budget; (d) supervise the moving in and out of tenants and subtenants; arrange, to the extent possible, the dates thereof to minimize disturbance to the operation of the Project and inconvenience to other tenants or subtenants; and render an inspection report, an assessment for damages and a recommendation on the disposition of any deposit held as security for the performance by the tenant under its lease with respect to each premises vacated; (e) check all bills received for the services, work and supplies ordered in connection with maintaining and operating the Project and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, pay such bills when due and payable; and (f) not knowingly permit the use of the Project for any purpose that might void any policy of insurance held by the Tenants in Common or that might render any loss thereunder uncollectible. All such records are the property of the Tenants in Common and will be delivered to the Tenants in Common upon request.
Miscellaneous Duties. For purposes of the Miscellaneous Duty Chart, miscellaneous duties are defined as, but not limited to all extra duty (excluding the mail run) not marked on the weekly Hours Chart or weekend Hours Chart.
Miscellaneous Duties. Payment for performance of miscellaneous duties not specifically identified above shall be made at the internal substitute rate. Such duties may include proctoring ACT and other standardized national or state tests. All such duty assignments must be specifically approved by a supervising administrator.
Miscellaneous Duties. No teacher will be required to keep score, sell or take tickets, time, or announce at, or ride a pep bus to an interscholastic event.
Miscellaneous Duties. Asset Manager shall:
(a) maintain at Asset Manager’s office and readily accessible to Owner, orderly files containing rent records, insurance certificates, Space Leases and subleases, correspondence, receipted bills and vouchers, bank statements, canceled checks, deposit slips, debit and credit memos, and all other documents and papers pertaining to each constituent part of the Property and the operation thereof;
(b) provide information about the Property necessary for the preparation and filing by Owner of its income or other tax (including real estate taxes) returns or protests of any of them required by any governmental authority, including annual statements, identifying Owner’s undivided percentage of all expenses paid and income received by Owner;
(c) check all bills received for the services, work and supplies ordered in connection with maintaining and operating the Property and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, pay such bills when due and payable;
(d) not knowingly permit the use of the Property for any purpose that might violate applicable law or that might void any policy of insurance or which might render any material loss thereunder uncollectible.
(e) cause all license and similar fees to be paid and periodic reports filed as may be required to keep Owner in good standing in the jurisdiction of its organization and each other jurisdiction wherein Owner conducts business or owns property and maintaining good standing is required; and
(f) adjust and settle insurance claims and eminent domain proceedings.
Miscellaneous Duties. All time spent prior to and at the end of the shift shall be excluded from measured working time and shall not be paid for or considered as compensable time in any regard. Such time includes, but is not limited to, clothes change, wash-up, post assignment, and transportation by foot or vehicle (either as driver or passenger) to or from the first and last assigned post.
Miscellaneous Duties. Summer school, tutoring, behind-the-wheel instruction, home-bound instruction, detention, Saturday school, and internal substitution pay salaries shall be established at a rate set forth in Appendix D per classroom hour for work performed in addition to regularly assigned duties during the school day.
Miscellaneous Duties. Assist in the Mattoon General Warehouse. (Operations Installer cannot be permanently placed in the M.G.W.) • Perform Janitor duties if no Janitors are present. (Operations Installer cannot permanently assume the role of a Janitor) • Providing assistance for Confined Space work • Providing assistance for Traffic Control It is understood a.), b.) and c.) above are not all inclusive and other duties not listed may be performed. The Company will notify the Union if such duties arise. Job testing will apply at the entry level. Physical Standards will apply at the F.S.T. level (excluding pole climbing). Operations Installer training will be provided through O.J.T. and/or classroom with a Journeyman or another qualified instructor prior to working on his own. The intent of this language is to support the Journeyman Field Service Technicians or Switching Technicians and does not prevent the Company from reducing the number of Field Technicians or Switching Technicians over time as business needs dictate. Notification of Operations Installer openings will be sent to the Union.
