SERVICES TO THE UNION. A. The County shall furnish the Union a copy of all written rules and regulations pertaining to employer-employee regulations, including but not limited to: County Administrative Orders, Personnel Rules, Civil Services Rules, Division Operational Procedures, Special Orders, General Orders, Bulletins, Training Notices, Videos, and other available material regularly distributed to members of the bargaining unit.

SERVICES TO THE UNION. 3.1 The City shall furnish the Union office a copy of all current or subsequently amended written rules or regulations pertaining to employer-employee relations: Police Department Rules and Regulations, Civil Service Rules, City and Police Department Policy and Procedures and Amendments, Police Pension Actuarial Report, Board Agendas and Minutes, Civil Service Board, and Citizen Review Board Agendas and Minutes, Police Department Supervisors' Duty Manual, Special Orders and similar material distributed to members of the bargaining unit.
SERVICES TO THE UNION. 46.1 Upon publication, the City shall provide one copy of this Agreement to each member.

Section 1: The City agrees to furnish the Union, once a year, one copy of the following regarding employees in the bargaining unit, provided the employee delivers to the City a written consent to the dissemination of the information described in section 1.a., below, to the Union:

SERVICES TO THE UNION. A. Quarterly, the Employer will provide the Union with an electronic copy of the job title, department, Xxxxxx ID, badge number, position, name, job code, pay rate, annual pay rate, FTE, pay grade, pay step, shift, work schedule, union code, union name, union membership status, job status, status description, hire date, adjusted hire date, anniversary date, exempt or hourly, supervisor name, union dues by individual, PEOPLE contributions by individual, process level, work phone, work email, and termination date for unit and salaries of all employees in the bargaining unit. With written authorization from the employee, the Employer shall provide addresses and phone numbers.
SERVICES TO THE UNION. 1. The County agrees to furnish the Union, once a year, a copy of names, classifications, and addresses for all employees in this Bargaining Unit. Once every six (6) months, the County will furnish the Union a list of new bargaining unit employees hired during the previous six (6) months.

Sec. 1: The City agrees to furnish one copy each to the Union at no cost: City Commission Meeting Agendas City Commission Meeting Minutes Proposed and Final Budget Civil Service Board Agendas and Minutes Civil Service Examination Announcements Civil Service Certified Eligibility Lists Revisions to Job Classification Specifications Civil Service Rules and Regulations Employee Rules and Regulations (except Sworn Police Officers and Certified Fire Personnel). Citywide Administrative Orders and Personnel Policy Procedures Pertaining to the Bargaining Unit. Semi-annual list of all employees in the Bargaining Unit, including classification, date of hire, and departmental assignment; home address, zip code, and home telephone number will be provided in the months of April and October, each year. Bi-weekly list of employees hired into or separated from the Bargaining Unit. General Employees' Pension Board Agendas, Minutes and Quarterly Reports including annual Actuary Report upon acceptance by the Pension Board. Citizen's Budget Advisory Board Agendas and Minutes. Other board agendas and minutes that may pertain to the Bargaining Unit, as requested by the Union. Safety Committee Meeting Minutes Sec. 2: The Union President or authorized representative agrees to pick up the copies referred to in Sec. 1 above from the Human Resources Director upon notification of their availability. Sec. 3: The parties agree that the City will not have any liability if they inadvertently neglect to provide any of the above-mentioned services to the Union. Sec. 4: The City will provide 25 600 copies of the contract to the Union at no charge and an electronic (pdf) copy.
SERVICES TO THE UNION. 31.1 The City shall provide the Union, on a quarterly basis, a complete roster of the bargaining unit including name, address, telephone number, classification, and current pay rate.
