CLASSIFICATIONS AND REMUNERATION. 31. Classification Levels and Remuneration The Classifications and remuneration of employees covered by this Agreement are set out in Appendix 1. The following pay increases are applicable during the life of the Agreement:
(a) Permanent employees: ▪ 4.25% payable from the first full pay period on or after 1/7/2023 ▪ 3% payable from the first full pay period on or after 1/7/2024 ▪ 3% payable from the first full pay period on or after 1/7/2025 Permanent employees employed on or before 18 May 2023 will also receive a payment of $1,000 (gross) payable in the first full pay period on or after date of ratification of this Agreement. This payment is in recognition for the business performance over the past 12months.
(b) Casual employees: Casual employees will receive an increase to their base rates in accordance with the relevant modern award increases. Casual employees who have had at least 6months service as on or before 18 May 2023 will receive a payment of $500 (gross) payable in the first full pay period on or after date of ratification of this Agreement. This payment is in recognition for the business performance over the past 12months. Casual employees who have had at least 12months service as on or before 18 May 2023 will receive a payment of $750 (gross) payable in the first full pay period on or after date of ratification of this Agreement. This payment is in recognition for the business performance over the past 12months.
