SALARIES AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 26:1 The salaries of all full-time employees covered by this Agreement will be the salaries prescribed by Chapter 13, Title 14, Delaware Code, plus supplements as set forth in Appendices A, B, and C which are attached. The salaries of all part-time employees covered by this Agreement will be duly prorated as prescribed by law and in accordance with the provisions cited above.
26:2 The Extra Pay for Extra Responsibility salaries are set forth as Appendix D which is attached.
26:3 Employees may elect to have their paychecks deposited to their accounts by the District in any New Castle County bank which agrees to accept such deposits in accordance with procedures established by the District; this process, however, is subject to State approval.
26:4 The Board will make payroll checks available to employees; on the day designated by the State or within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt by the District, whichever is later.
26:4.1 An Extra Pay for Extra Responsibility position is an assignment that takes place beyond the normal in-school workday and is listed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
26:4.2 Credit on the Extra Pay for Extra Responsibility Schedule will be granted for prior experience in the specific category.
26:4.3 Payment for seasonal positions covered by the Extra Pay for Extra Responsibility Schedule will be made within thirty (30) days of the completion of the activity.
26:4.4 Payment for annual positions covered by the Extra Pay for: Extra Responsibility Schedule will be made in three installments - November, February, and June on the first payroll cycle of each month provided the payroll information is turned in on a timely basis. Employees receiving Extra Pay for Extra Responsibility may elect to receive payment by separate checks if such procedure is approved by the State Treasurer.
SALARIES AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 25:1 The salaries of all employees covered by this Agreement shall be the salaries as prescribed by Chapter 13, Title 14, Delaware Code, plus a supplement from District funds in the amounts set forth in Appendices A, B and B (1) which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
25:2 All State salary increases including bonuses and cost-of-living supplements shall be passed on to all employees unless contrary to law.
25:2.1 The local salary schedule will be increased by a $300 longevity increment beginning the 16th year of credited experience, $500 longevity increment beginning the 21st year of credited experience and by a $1000 longevity increment beginning the 26th year of credited experience.
25:3 The salaries of all extra-curricular employees are set forth in Appendix which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
25:4 DIRECT DEPOSIT - Employees hired prior to January 1, 1996 may elect to have their paychecks deposited to their account by the State in any such bank which agrees to accept such deposits in accordance with the procedures established by the State.
25:5 The Board shall make checks available to employees on the day designated by the State or within twenty-four hours of receipt by the District, whichever is later.
25:6 Payment for Athletic EPER positions shall be made within thirty days of the completion of the activity.
25:7 Pay for a year-long/academic EPER positions shall be paid in three installments – December, March, and June.
25:8 FRINGE BENEFITS 25:8.1 Full-time employees shall receive the following stipends per month above the State contribution toward health insurance provided they use such money for coverage. The District will pay the State portion of health insurance for those full-time employees who do not qualify for such. 25:8.2 Full-time employees shall receive a stipend of $1,825 per year (calculated monthly) toward the purchase of benefits. 25:8.3 The stipend in Section 25:8.2 may be used toward the purchase of the following benefits: Life Insurance Dental Care Long-Term Disability Insurance Prescriptions Blood Bank Vision
SALARIES AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 17:1 The salaries of all employees covered by this Agreement will be the salaries as prescribed by 14 Del. C., Chapter 13, plus a supplement from District funds in the amounts in the schedules set forth in Appendix A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Employees shall receive a $500.00 total longevity beginning the 21st year of credited service, and an additional $500.00 beginning the 25th year for a total of $1,000 total longevity beginning the 25th year of credited service. Such longevity increment shall become a permanent part of the employee's salary and be paid each year thereafter.

SALARIES AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 15.1 The salaries of all employees covered by this Agreement shall be the salaries as prescribed by Chapter 13, Title 14, Delaware Code, plus a supplement from District funds in the amounts in the schedules set forth in Appendix A, which is attached. Effective July 1, 2020 the local salary scale shall be increased according to the attached salary scales. Employees hired after January 1, 1996 shall be required to enroll in the automatic deposit program.
15.2 All increases in state salary schedules and schooling supplements, state bonuses, and state cost-of-living adjustments shall be passed on to all employees unless contrary to law.
15.3 If a benefit is canceled, the parties shall meet to negotiate an alternate fringe that was canceled. If there is a delay in acquiring new coverage, the employer will continue to set aside an amount equal to the premiums paid on the employee's behalf, which shall be used to purchase an improved replacement benefit up to the amount the accumulated funds will permit.
15.4 The benefits plan set forth above shall be made operable as a result of bid proposals which are developed and evaluated by a committee appointed by the Superintendent and consisting of Union, Administration, and other employee group representatives.
15.5 Employees who work half (1/2) time or more, but less than full-time based on the normal week set forth for this bargaining unit, will receive one-half (1/2) of the Board stipend set forth in 15:11 and 15:9.
15.6 Employees with the following years of credited experience shall receive longevity increments as follows: Longevity 10-14 $300 15-19 $700 20-24 $850 25-29 $1100 27+ $1550
15.7 Such longevity increment shall become a permanent part of the employee's salary and shall be paid each year thereafter.
15.8 A Night Lead Worker will be designated in each building. The person assigned to this position is responsible to be available to communicate with the Chief Custodian and any outside groups using the building. A Night Lead Worker leading 1 to 3 FTE workers will receive $350, 4 to 6 FTE workers will receive $650, and 7+ FTE workers will receive $950.
15.9 The salary schedule is based on twelve months of full-time employment during the fiscal year. Any employment less than full time will be paid on a prorated basis on this schedule.
15.10 The State salary schedule is based on the terms of the annual epilogue language and the local salary is based on the terms of the new contract that was approved on November 8...

13:1.1 A one-time $200 allowance for work-related expenses will be provided for the life of the Agreement. Eligible employees are those who were employed at the time of Board approval of the contract, and must have completed the 90 day probationary period. Employees who are hired after the contract approval date are eligible for $100. Reimbursement will be processed with district-required documentation and forms, including receipts for purchases. Allowable expenses include, but are not limited to, work clothing, shoes, tools, footwear, equipment and technology. All reimbursements must be submitted to the Business Office by the expiration date of this Agreement.

13:3.1 Full-time employees working 30 hours per week will be eligible to receive a local supplement toward the cost of medical coverage provided by the State through participation in the State of Delaware Group Plan, up to the limits provided by the following schedules (to be determined by teacher negotiations): Employee 57.48 Employee & Children 84.30 Employee & Spouse 88.14 Family 132.84 In the event that the total cost of coverage exceed the amount provided to an employee through the State Plan and through the local supplements provided above, such employee will have the option of paying the difference, either by using the Fringe Benefit Stipend or by payroll deduction. 13:3.2 In addition to the local supplement toward the cost of medical coverage, full-time employees will be provided with a Fringe Benefit Stipend comparable to teachers. 13:4.1 A Satellite Lead Worker in a school with a minimum enrollment of 350 students that do not have a xxxx’x position Shall receive the following wage adjustment per hour.
13:5 Xxxx Wage Adjustment - Wage Adjustment for cooks shall be annualized based upon the average daily reimbursable lunch participation from the previous year and added to the salary scale of eligible employees according to the following schedule. 13:6 Longevity Stipends shall be annualized and included in equal installments n bi-weekly pay in the calculation of hour rate.
