Wages and Remuneration. 14.1 Employees (other than apprentices) must be paid in accordance with the following table of minimum ordinary hourly rates. These wage rates will, from 1 September 2023 increase by 2.5%. A wage increase of 2.5% will apply on the anniversary date of 1 September for the second, third and fourth years of the Agreement, payable on the first full pay period on after the date. 14.2 The minimum hourly rates of pay set out above incorporate all loadings and allowances including, but not limited to (a) Annual leave loading; (b) Industry allowance; (c) Fares and travel patterns allowance; (d) Tool allowance for the Tradesperson classification; (e) Classification and industry specific allowances; (f) Xxxx R&R leave; (g) Mobile cranes capacity allowance. but not including those expressly specified in this Agreement. 14.3 For casual Employees the minimum ordinary hourly rate must be the Ordinary Hourly Rate as set out in the Table plus 25%. 14.4 Yard Employees under the age of 21 years will be paid the following proportion of the relevant minimum adult rate: Under 16 years 50.0% At 16 years 55.0% At 17 years 65.0% At 18 years 75.0% At 19 years 82.5% At 20 years 97.7%

The loading will compensate for annual leave, sick leave, notice, redundancy and any other full time entitlements that do not apply to casuals

Wages and Remuneration. A. Wage components and compensations 4.1. Remunerating USB employees is governed by generally binding legislation, Payroll Regulations of USB and provisions of this Agreement. 4.2. The application of new wage components, forms of wages and changes thereof, setting specific conditions on providing respective wage components and measures to the use of resources for wages are executed by the Employer after informing the Board or workplace organisations. These measures must be communicated at least 30 calendar days before their application. 4.3. Employees shall be assigned to the corresponding wage level according to the type of work performed. The type of work performed is negotiated in writing in the employment contract. Employees may be transferred to a different wage level in cases defined in the Payroll Regulations or on the basis of changes to the agreed- upon type of work. In the case of non-compliance with this provision is the transfer to a lower wage level void. 4.4. Wage premiums for overtime work, work at night, work on public holidays, work on days of rest, stand-by duties and work under extraordinary working conditions are governed by provisions of the Code and Payroll Regulations, as amended. 4.5. Parties to the Agreement presume primarily cashless payments of wages, or other monetary payments, via transfers to personal bank accounts of employees. Employees shall receive a document in the electronic form (preferred format) or the paper form (primarily in the cases of employees who do not have access to the computer network) at the monthly pay settlement that must contain information on individual components of wages, or compensations, and deductions executed. 4.6. The Employer commits to securing the payment of membership fees via pay deductions upon request from employees who are members of workplace organisations. Deductions from other incomes in the sense of Section 145 of the Code are also considered to be deductions from pay.

Wages and Remuneration. (i) The minimum wages per week shall be as set out in Schedule 1, Table 1 and Table 2 to this Agreement. The parties have agreed that the following wage increases will apply from the first full pay period to commence on or after: (a) The date this Agreement becomes operative – those increased rates as stated in accordance with Column 2 (b) 1st October 2009 – 3.5% in accordance with Column 3 (c) 1st October 2010 – 3.5% in accordance with Column 4 (ii) The allowances as set out in Schedule 2 - Allowances. (iii) To be clear, the above increased rates at subclauses (i) and (ii) shall apply to Employees of Bega Valley Private Hospital in substitution for and not in addition to any pay adjustments that occur to the Australian Pay and Classification Scale. Notwithstanding, at no time shall any of the provisions of this Agreement, including wages, fall beneath those contained with the Australian Pay and Classification Scale as varied from time to time. Should the Employer be required to make a part or a whole adjustment in order to satisfy this subclause, the employee/s affected shall be notified. (iv) Where an employee by arrangement outside of this Agreement, is receiving wages or a rate of pay that is already the same or higher than the relevant rate within this Agreement and/or higher than the relevant rate within the Australian Pay and Classification Scale, subject to notification to that individual, the Employer may absorb a part or a whole of the future increase, so long as that employee’s rate of pay never falls beneath those required by legislation or this Agreement, whichever is the greater.

  • Remuneration The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

  • Remuneration and fees In most cases we are paid by commission from the insurer but in some circumstances, we may charge you a fee instead of commission or a combination of both where we arrange policies with a low commission. Where we charge a fee, this will not be liable for insurance premium tax or value added tax (insurance is a VAT exempt industry). All fees will be advised verbally and/or will be included within the Statement of Price document before you incept your policy. We will also make the following administration charges per policy: See Appendix 1 Our commission and fee(s) are earned on placement of your insurance. If you make a change or cancel your policy mid-term (other than in the 14-day Cooling Off period) which results in a return premium, we will retain all fees and any commission to cover our administration and advisory services. Our fees will be clearly shown in any invoice we issue to you, and we will advise you of the amount of any charge before you become liable to paying it. We have arrangements with some insurers to receive additional payments reflecting the size and/or profitability of our account with them and/or in respect of work we undertake on their behalf, and we will advise you where this is the case.

  • Remuneration and Expenses The directors shall be paid such remuneration for their services as the board may from time to time determine. The directors shall also be entitled to be reimbursed for travelling and other expenses properly incurred by them in attending meetings of the board or any committee thereof. Nothing herein contained shall preclude any director from serving the Corporation in any other capacity and receiving remuneration therefor.

  • Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix. 3.1 An employee working under this Appendix will receive the wage rates and allowances as described below when employed in the cottage sector/ commercial for service and maintenance only or as otherwise agreed by the parties, that is, the employer, the ETU and the majority of employees.
