Wage components and wage compensation 1 Remuneration of Xxxxxxx University employees is governed by the LC, Government Decree no. 567/2006 Sb., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wages, on the definition of a demanding work environment, and on the amount of wage premiums for work in a demanding working environment, if provided for in the LC, also the Internal Wage Regulation of Xxxxxxx University (the “WR”), and the provisions of this CA and the numbered amendments to this CA. The WR also regulates the rights of employees in accordance with Section 305(1), second sentence of the LC. 2 Regardless of the overall results of Xxxxxxx University, employees are guaranteed the satisfaction of claims arising from contractual wages (Article 3 of the WR) or to tariff wages and wage premiums set by the WR and this CA.
Wages and Remuneration. 6.1 Wage Rates Employees shall be classified and paid in accordance with the following classification structure. These are the minimum rates and in particular cases a higher amount maybe negotiated. The wage rates for each classification are as prescribed below. The rates compensate for all special skills and/or disabilities and/or special rates associated with the industry of the employer. (Rates are given per hour for ordinary hours of work). These wage rates will, from 1 September 2023 increase by 2.5%. A wage increase of 2.5% will apply on the anniversary date of 1 September for the second, third and fourth years of the Agreement, payable on the first full pay period on after the date.
