ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS. A. The Board will make available to the Association upon its request and within statutory limits, such statistics and financial information, related to the Alpena Public Schools and in the possession of the Board, as are necessary for the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; as well as records in possession of the Board that may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance.
ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS. A. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times without cost of meetings. Request for the use of buildings will be made to the Principal in advance.

Otherwise, the termination of an employee at the instance of the Association shall only be completed upon the Association's agreement to indemnify Company with respect to any liability for such termination, including but not limited to, unemployment insurance taxes, and such indemnity shall be in a form and under terms satisfactory to Company.
ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS. This Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment between the parties, nor shall any provision of this Agreement restrict the right of the Association’s shareholders to replace the Director, or the right of the Director to terminate his services.
ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS. In the event the Association requests require expenditure of time and funds to provide such information, the Association will reimburse the Board for all expenses if they are incurred in providing information other than that available as a matter of right to a citizen within the District.
