ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS. A. The Board will make available to the Association upon its request and within statutory limits, such statistics and financial information, related to the Alpena Public Schools and in the possession of the Board, as are necessary for the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; as well as records in possession of the Board that may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance.

ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS. A. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times without cost of meetings. Request for the use of buildings will be made to the Principal in advance.
