Personal and Compassionate Leave. 22.1 Personal leave (including xxxxx's and sick) will consist of 10 days of paid absence per annum after 12 months of service.
Personal and Compassionate Leave. The Company may allow an employee a leave of absence without pay, for compassionate or personal reasons, not limited to traveling abroad to country of origin. Such leave will require prior written approval by the Company and an employee request must be submitted in writing as far in advance as possible.
