ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT. The Performing Arts Venue Director is accountable to the Manager Cultural Development & Libraries for the day to day management, leadership, development and promotion of the Swan Hill Town Hall PACC and Performing Arts program. POSITION OBJECTIVES The management, development and operation of the Town Hall PACC facilities to ensure the building is maintained in a safe, clean and tidy condition and co-ordinate with users to ensure that the facility is prepared in accordance with the users’ diverse requirements. The management, development and operation of the Performing Arts program to ensure effective delivery of a diverse program, and to promote the range of performing arts to the wider community. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Administrational • Manage the daily operation of the Swan Hill Town Hall PACC. • Liaise with the Supervisors of Council Contracts such as the Cleaning Contract to ensure the required Council standards are maintained. • Coordinate with the appropriate Council departments and external hirers in the preparation of facilities for meetings and functions. • Ensure that the venue is adequately set up in accordance with specific instructions from the hirers and within the resources and technical capacity available. • Supervise and assist in training of new staff that may be required to facilitate the operation of the Town Hall. • Contact Production Management / facility hirer to ensure organisational arrangements are in place. • Responsible for organising sufficient resources to enable adequate set up of the facility. • Report additional set up and operational costs to the users to ensure accurate charge out rate. • Ensure fire services evacuation procedures are in place. • Carry out such other duties as directed by Manager Cultural Development & Libraries, within the incumbent’s area of expertise. Financial Management • Ensure operations of programs are conducted within budgetary limits and service agreements as appropriate. • Prepare annual operational budgets, and recommend appropriate resource levels for operation of the service. • Monitor ongoing financial viability of the programs in consultation with supervisor, within budgetary constraints and Council’s strategic objectives. • Pursue opportunities for external funding of programs through sponsorship and other entrepreneurial sources, in consultation with supervisor. • Ensure the accountability requirements of funding agencies are met. ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT. The position is employed to manage the Swan Hill Indoor Sport and Recreation Centre and reports to the Swan Hill Rural City Council’s Economic and Community Development Manager. POSITION OBJECTIVE Responsible for overall management, planning, organisation, conduct, supervision and evaluation of programs, activities and services in the Centre in accordance with the general policies of the Swan Hill Rural City Council and the Swan Hill Indoor Sport and Recreation Centre.   • Financial Accountability 6.1 The Recipient must ensure that the requirements set out in this Agreement, and in any clarification or guidance issued from time to time by the Authority, are complied with. In particular the Recipient shall:

  • Fiscal Accountability A. SUBRECIPIENT shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. SUBRECIPIENT’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Accountability 5.3.1 Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections regarding the adequacy of contributions to cover projected benefit and related costs for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.

  • LIABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY The Provider, if a non-profit entity, will provide continuous and adequate director, officer, and employee liability insurance coverage against any personal liability or accountability by reason of actions taken while acting within the scope of their authority during the existence of this Agreement and any renewal and extension thereof. Such coverage may be provided by a self-insurance program established and operating under the laws of the state of Florida.

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission.
