The following is intended to define the normal hours of work for the full time employeesbut shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or of days of work per week. The normal workweek shall beforty-four (44)hours a week, ten (10)hours per day for a total of forty-four (44)hours per week dependingon the time schedule or shift arrangement of such employee. An employeeshall receive payment at the rate of one and one-half times regular hourly rate for all work performed on any of the set out in Article in addition to any holiday pay to which he may be entitled. Night shift premiums shall be considered part of the regular hourly rate for employees who normally receive these premiums. All work after forty-four (44)hours of work per week or after ten (10)hours per day shall be compensated on the of and one-half. The Company will endeavour to distribute the opportunity to work overtime on an equitable basis among the employees in the applicable job classification. No disciplinary action can be taken against any employee for refusing to work overtime for a legitimate and reasonable explanation which shall be given in advance to the Company. If any employee is asked to work overtime on any scheduled day off, such overtime shall be for a minimum of four (4)hours. Employeeswho work will not be requiredto take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked but may take time off equivalent to overtime by mutual agreement. Overtimeshall be based on the employee's regular rate of pay and there shall not be any pyramiding of overtime under this Work schedules covering a two-week period will be posted as far in advance as possible. The standard workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours per week comprised of eight (8) hours per day in five (5) days per week. The Company shall employ its best effort to arrange schedules so that employees will have two (2) consecutive days off during each workweek.

This schedule must reflect any and all changes to hours of work resulting from vacations, Union leaves and other leaves of absence. In drawing up the regularly scheduled hours and days of work, the Employer shall provide: work schedules to provide employees with at least four (4) days off in each two week period; work schedules which do not require an employee to work more than six (6) consecutive days unless
