Permanent Vacancies definition

Permanent Vacancies are: (1) positions newly created by the City to which no one has yet been appointed; or (2) existing positions which are not currently filled because of retirement or other termination of the employee holding that position.

Related to Permanent Vacancies

  • Director means a member of the Board.

  • Employer as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.

  • Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Employee means any person, including Officers and Directors, employed by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company. Neither service as a Director nor payment of a director’s fee by the Company will be sufficient to constitute “employment” by the Company.
