Introductory Level. Employees excluding casuals with no previous hospitality industry experience, who enter the industry and are unable to meet the competency requirements of Level 1, will remain at the introductory level for up to a maximum of three months. Employees, at this level have the required level of basic practical skills and knowledge within a narrow range of areas, are able to perform routine tasks and have acquired some knowledge of the Hotel's standards and procedures. Typical duties at this level include: 🟋 clearing and resetting tables and assisting food and beverage employees of a higher grade but not including service to customers; 🟋 folding linen, minor repairs to linen, operating ironing equipment or dish washing machines; 🟋 general cleaning and maintenance duties; 🟋 assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking; and 🟋 collecting and delivery of laundry, linen, mail or messages. As a guide, this level includes jobs, for example, Bar Useful, Kitchen Attendant, Cleaner, House person, and Laundry Attendant. Progression from Level 1 to Level 2 under the job classification structure detailed in clause 8 will not occur until a Level 1 employee can demonstrate job competency in the full range of tasks the Hotel requires employee’s to perform under Level 1. Employees who can perform the tasks within Level 1 and, in addition, have achieved skill levels required in accordance with their job descriptions Employees at this level; 🟋 demonstrate basic operational knowledge; 🟋 apply solutions and perform tasks within a limited range of responsibility; 🟋 accept limited responsibility for their own output in work and learning; 🟋 may be multi-skilled into other jobs at this level; 🟋 with a more general knowledge of operating systems and procedures, are able to give guidance to and support the training of employees of lower levels. Introductory Level. Employees appointed on this introductory level are entering the hospitality industry and who have no previous experience in the Employer’s operation. Employees at this level have no prior former training and have no, or very limited, knowledge of the Employer’s systems or procedures or of the work performed in the Employer’s venue and/or in the industry generally. Employees will remain at this level for a period of three (3) months while undertaking appropriate training and assessment for competency to progress to the appropriate level. At the end of three (3) months, if the Employee has not yet achieved the necessary competency to move to the appropriate level, the Employee and Employer may agree that further training of up to three (3) months is required for the Employee to achieve the necessary competency. Any disagreement arising from this provision will be dealt with under the dispute resolution clause of this agreement.

Introductory Level. An employee at this level may be new to the concrete products industry and performs a range of varied but simple tasks, using well-established techniques and practices under direct supervision.   • INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT The Board of Directors of each of Parent and the Company have determined that this Agreement and the business combination and related transactions contemplated hereby are advisable and that it is in the best interests of their respective companies and stockholders to consummate the strategic business combination transaction provided for herein, pursuant to which (i) Merger Sub will, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, merge with and into the Company (the “First-Step Merger”), so that the Company is the surviving corporation in the First-Step Merger and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Parent and (ii) immediately thereafter, the Company, as the surviving corporation in the First-Step Merger, will merge (the “Second-Step Merger” and, together with the First-Step Merger, the “Integrated Mergers”) with and into Parent, with Parent being the surviving corporation. The parties hereto intend that the Integrated Mergers shall together be treated as a single integrated transaction that qualifies as a “reorganization” under the provisions of Section 368(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “IRC”) and that this Agreement is intended to be, and is adopted as, a plan of reorganization for purposes of Sections 354, 361 and 368 of the IRC and within the meaning of Treasury regulation section 1.368-2(g).
