DURATION AND REOPENERS. A. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from July 1, 2019 until midnight June 30, 2020 at which time it shall expire. B. The district will start a Special Education Task Force team to meet between October 1-December 19, 2019 with a recommendation to consider a FULL CONTINUUM of services at the elementary level, including the discussion and fiscal possibility to add K-2, 3-5 SDCs; additionally the consideration of additional prep period for 6-12 teachers for the purpose of IEP planning, case management and assessment.
DURATION AND REOPENERS. 23:1 This contract shall be binding upon both parties from the date of ratification until June 30, 2021. 23:2 On an ongoing basis over the duration of this Contract, the District and the Federation agree to continue utilizing a problem-solving process in negotiations to reach consensus on issues and concerns.
