WAGE RULES. (a) The minimum hourly rates set forth in Appendix A attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement shall prevail after the date of Agreement.
WAGE RULES. A. Employees shall be paid during their regular working hours, bi-weekly on the Friday following the end of the preceding two (2) week period. Should the regular pay day fall on a holiday, Employees will be paid on the day preceding the holiday. Every effort will be made to continue the current practice of second and third shift Employees receiving their paycheck during their shift on Thursday.

WAGE RULES. (a) The minimum hourly base rates set forth in Schedule A become effective January 1, 2010; all other changes in this Agreement become effective August 27, 2010 unless otherwise specified.
WAGE RULES. (A) Accredited Service with the Company, for determining Longevity Pay increments, shall be defined as; active service on the Company’s payroll in any capacity except such service prior to Resignation, Discharge or Lay-off when Recall Rights have expired. Leaves counting towards Accredited Service are the entire duration of Military Service Leave or Union Business Leave, On the Job Injury, and Leave of Absence up to a maximum of six (6) months.

No job will be adjusted, either upward or downward, during the life of this Agreement except by mutual agreement. SHIFT PREMIUM Employeeswho work the majority of hours between and will be paid a premium of forty-five cents per hour for all hours worked. NEW JOBS When a new bargaining unit job is created, the Company will meet with the Union to establish a rate of pay. If no agreement is reached within ten (10) days of commencing negotiations on the rate to be paid, the matter may be submitted to Arbitration, pursuant to the provisions of Article provided such notice of intent to arbitrate is sent by the Union to the Human Resources Department in accordance with the provisions of Article PAY EQUITY The Company and the Union agree to maintain pay equity in accordancewith the requirementsset forth in the Pay Act PAY DAY Employees covered by this Agreement will be paid on a bi- weekly basis and will be provided with a statement of deductions made therefore. In the event of an error in an employee’s pay is discovered the Company shall correct the error as soon as possible. WAGE RATES Effective upon ratification,all employees (seniority and pro- bationary but not seasonal) will receive a signing bonus. In addition to the signing bonus, all Schedule A employees will receive additional bonus payments and the Schedule A wage rates will be increased as follows: Effective June a lump sum bonus. WAGE RULES. The wage rates payable to employees during the term of this Agreement are as set forth in Schedule "A". Schedule "A" forms an integral part of this Agreement. The hourly rates set out in Schedule " A may increase or decrease but only if mutually agreed between the parties. Anyone earning more than their respective wage at the time of making this Agreement effective will be red circled until their wage rates meet those set out in the Agreement. Employees shall be paid during their regular working hours, on Thursday. The payment shall include all earnings up to and including the previous Sunday. For employees on days off on Thursdays, pay slips will be available the day before. Pay slips will include a statement of all wages and deductions made for the pay period. The employee's statement shall include the number of hours worked and the overtime pay shall be listed separately from straight time. Should the regular pay day fall on a holiday, or days when the shop or facility is closed down, employees will be paid on the proceeding day. Employees recalled to work from a layoff shall be returned to their former position, if the job still exists, and shall not be paid at a lower rate than they were receiving prior to the layoff, unless a new contract as to wages shall at the time of recall be in effect between the Company and the Union, provided that if the job does not exist the recalled employee shall receive the job rate of the job accepted.
