Engineering Design Services. Provide engineering analysis and offer a design that meets the initiative in a cost-effective manner.
Engineering Design Services. For design projects, TKE will provide the following services to deliver a complete, bid ready design package (i.e. plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate): • Oversee and ensure that all measures of the specific project’s scope of services are completed in a timely and professional manner with an emphasis on providing MSWD with a high-quality project. • Prepare and maintain a project schedule identifying the critical path for expeditious project completion. • Provide progress reports monthly or as deemed required. • Conduct and attend design kick-off meeting with all stakeholders. • Schedule and conduct Project Development Team (PDT) meetings and other necessary meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; and distribute to all applicable entities (not just attendees) within three (3) working days. • Obtain, review, and analyze available records. • Complete design surveying to obtain topographic mapping for the project. • Prepare base construction drawings. • Prepare preliminary design, typically consisting of selecting preferred alignments and identifying critical project constraints. • Identify the environmental impacts associated with the project. Prepare an exemption or engage our environmental subconsultant to prepare the appropriate level of environmental analysis. • Coordinate with our geotechnical subconsultant and prepare a full geotechnical evaluation for the project. • Meet with MSWD staff to discuss the project and receive comments. • Prepare 60% design drawings, with both plan and profile views, draft specifications, and preliminary engineer’s estimate. • Submit drawings to utility and other agencies that may have facilities affected by the project for review. • TKE will prepare and process any required permit applications. • Coordinate with MSWD to complete any utility verifications at critical interfaces. • 60% design review meeting with MSWD staff to receive comments and review other project requirements (i.e. environmental, geotechnical, utility conflicts, permitting, etc.). • Prepare 90% design drawings, specifications, and engineer’s estimate. • 90% design review meeting with MSWD staff to receive comments. • Prepare 100% design drawings, specifications, and engineer’s estimate. • After final review by MSWD staff, TKE will prepare and submit final bid documents to MSWD. • Resubmit final drawings to all agencies/utilities having underground facilities in the project area requesting that they verify their facilities are shown correctly an...
Engineering Design Services. Contractor shall be responsible for detailed design and operational coordination of equipment and materials installed for the System. Contractor shall conform to Industry Standard and Applicable Law. The following design services shall be provided by Contractor:
A. Civil Engineering design, including the preparation of the following: • Site Plan • Geotechnical Report (if required)
B. Structural Engineering Design, including: • Foundations and other structural concrete • PV module support structural design • Structural design calculations, as required
C. Mechanical Systems design, as required.
D. Electrical Systems design, including: • PV modules • Inverter • DC combiners, disconnects, fuses, and wiring • AC breakers and disconnects • Revenue metering • Enclosures, conduit, and wiring • Communications and control systems as described herein • Other electrical systems included in the scope of work
Engineering Design Services. Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, which shall be payable out of the Tenant Allowance (as hereinafter defined) to the extent that funds are available therefrom for that purpose, shall provide the design services of a licensed professional engineer, to prepare complete mechanical and electrical plans and specifications, as necessary for Tenant's Work (as hereinafter defined) to be performed pursuant to Paragraph 3 hereof (the "Engineering Plans and Specifications"). Any and all such Engineering Plans and Specifications are expressly subject to Landlord's review and written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed with respect to any proposed work which does not affect any of the structural components of the Building or any of the Building's heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety or other systems. Landlord shall grant or deny such approval in writing within ten (10) business days following Landlord's receipt of the proposed Engineering Plans and Specifications.
Engineering Design Services. This Proposal includes professional architectural planning services, and limited bookstore, food service, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, civil engineering, and cost estimating services. We propose XXXXX Design, Inc. (structural), Xxxxxxxxx Associates (mechanical), Toft Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Inc. (electrical), Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx & Associates (landscape), Sandis Humber Xxxxx (civil), Xxxxxxxx Faithful Xxxxx (cost estimating), Presidio Design Group (food service), and Xxxxxx & Associates (bookstore).
Engineering Design Services. Engineering Design services will be provided per Appendix A: Proposal for Engineering Design Services.
Engineering Design Services i. Engineer will provide necessary field investigation of the sites as required for project development.
ii. Develop horizontal alignment /layout of proposed sidewalks.
iii. Develop cross sections and grading plans as needed for sidewalks and grading of adjacent area to tie to existing ground.
iv. Provide sequence of work and traffic control plan (TXDOT standards) and narrative.
v. Provide Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) following City of Xxxxxx procedures.
vi. Provide retaining wall layouts (where applicable) and design utilizing TXDOT standard retaining walls.
vii. Provide summary sheet and quantity estimate.
viii. Provide standard design sheets applicable to the project. In the absence of City of Xxxxxx standards the Engineer shall use TXDOT standards with approval of the City.
ix. Coordinate with franchise utilities on project design.
x. Provide Engineers Opinion of Probable Costs (OPC).
xi. Engineer will provide the City with 90% submittal in both paper copies and electronic (PDF) copies.
xii. Address any comments from City staff and issue final 100% signed/sealed documents in both paper copies and electronic (PDF) copies.
Engineering Design Services. Civil Engineering Design: Provide an engineered design using ICPR or similar software of the proposed drainage improvements to include collection system design (Inlets, Manholes Open Drainage and Conveyance Piping), treatment system design (Stormwater Pond, Outfall Structure and Discharge Protections), as well as all proposed restoration. Engineering Design Services. Engineering design services shall include all intellectual work required to design the narrowband software and configuration modifications required on equipment listed below: • Mobile radio software (codeplug) for the Motorola model MCS2000 and the Xxxx model TM8150H voice radios • Vehicle OrbCAD software • Vehicle Management Servers (DCC) • OrbCAD database • In-Vehicle Build (channel modifications) • Base stations at the mountain top radio sites. Engineering Design Services. Civil Engineering design services for various CIP projects including preparation of Plan, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E). Engineering surveying shall be included in all designs as part of the PS&E with no extra charge. • Conduct utilities investigations, field investigations, Engineering surveying, and coordination with utilities and agencies • Provide City Engineer services and value Engineering as needed • Provide Grading, drainage and floodplain studies • Provide Site development plans • Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plans • Update Sewer and Storm Drain Master Plans • Storm Water and BMP system design including erosion and sedimentation control • Hydraulic and hydrologic studies • Sewer capacity studies • Provide conceptual design and alternative development plans and schematic plans including 3D modeling and videos of the project as needed • Conduct Information Workshops, monthly status meetings and presentation to City Officials as needed • Perform land surveys for the project as needed • City Traffic Engineering Services, including the attendance of City Council, Traffic and Transportation Commission, and other meetings as necessary • Geometric design, traffic signal design, including complete preparation of plans, specifications and estimates, signing and striping plan, and the construction administration/inspection of these facilities • Review of environmental studies/traffic impact studies for proposed development projects, studies and report preparations for items such as traffic control devices (traffic signals, stop signs, etc.), citizen complaints and concerns, level of service at intersections, school safety issues and speed surveys/speed limit determinations • Preparation of traffic data for compliance with the Congestion Management Program • Review and assist City staff with Vehicle Mile Traveled (VMT) • Traffic signal operation and coordination studies, including the implementation of signal timing and coordination programs • Coordination with City staff and Consultants for traffic requirements for Capital Improvement Program projects • Conduct warrant studies for traffic control devices • Provide traffic related services for rail crossings safety improvement projects including wiring diagrams and timing preemption • Experience with the CPUC and SCRRA requirements (Provide list of Rail Crossing projects) • Other related services as requested/directed by the City • Landscape Architectural and engineering services for City parks, trails,...
