Wages (Overtime) a) Employees covered by this Agreement shall be compensated at one and one-half (1½) times their regular hourly rate (basic straight time hourly rate plus any applicable differentials plus any other amounts required by Federal Law to be included in the rate of pay for purposes of computing overtime) for time worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day and/or forty (40) hours per week. Overtime may only be performed pursuant to specific supervisory direction.

Wages (Overtime). A) Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, bargaining unit employees shall be compensated at one and one-half (1½) times their regular hourly rate (basic straight time hourly rate plus any applicable differentials plus any other amounts required by federal law to be included in the rate of pay for purposes of computing overtime) for time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week, or seven and one-half (7½) hours per day or thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week, depending upon the classification. Benefit hours paid, such as vacation, sick leave, funeral leave, jury duty, and approved events, shall be counted as hours worked for the purpose of calculating overtime. Overtime may only be performed pursuant to specific supervisory direction.
Wages (Overtime). Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the wage schedules attached to this Agreement (Appendix A). The attached wage schedules shall be considered a part of this Agreement.
Wages (Overtime) a) All hours worked over 80 hours in a two-week pay period, or beyond 8, 10 or 12 hours as scheduled in any shift, shall be overtime.
Wages (Overtime). 7.01 All time worked over the employee's scheduled hours in one (1) tour shall be overtime.
Wages (Overtime) a) Bargaining unit employees shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times their regular hourly rate of pay for the first two (2) hours that they are required to work beyond a regularly scheduled eight (8) hour workday occurring Monday through Friday of any given work week. Such employees also shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times their regular hourly rate of pay for the first eight (8) hours that they are required to work on any given Saturday. All authorized overtime worked in excess of the times set forth within this provision, including overtime work performed on any given Sunday, shall be compensated at two (2) times the employee’s regular hourly rate. All overtime must be authorized in advance by the employee’s supervisor. If overtime is worked pursuant to a call-back from the University, the amount of compensation paid to the employee shall be determined in accordance with the call- back provisions of this Agreement.
Wages (Overtime) a) Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed by the parties, employees covered by this Agreement who are normally scheduled for eight (8) hour shifts shall be compensated at one and one- half (1 ½) times the regular hourly rate (as defined by federal law) for time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day, or forty (40) hours per week; employees working a thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hour week, shall also be compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular hourly rate for time worked in excess of seven and one half (7 ½) hours per day or thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours per week; and employees whose normal schedules include ten (10) hour or twelve (12) hour shifts shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular hourly rate (as defined by federal law) for time worked in excess of their ten (10) or twelve (12) hours per day. Wages (Overtime) a) Employees covered by this Agreement, except Dental Assistants and Fixed and Removable Prosthodontic Technicians and Instrument Makers, shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) their regular hourly rate (as defined by Federal law) for their classifications for time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. Dental Assistants and Fixed and Removable Prosthodontic Technicians and Instrument Makers will be compensated at one and one - half (1 1/2) times their regular hourly rate (as defined by Federal law) for time worked in excess of seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per day or thirty seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours per week.
Wages (Overtime). (a) All time worked before and after an employee's shift shall be paid at the overtime rate.
