KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES. The EMR Trainer will combine operational and clinical expertise with education and training skills to help Northern Health staff understand and use the new system in their daily work. As part of the EMR Training team you will provide staff with information about workflows, processes and system functionality to address the key milestones for the project. You will work closely with the EMR team to understand the EMR workflow design and will be responsible for developing and designing training materials that convey the critical reasons behind each workflow decision and the steps involved in each.
