This includes providing support for the Supercare Pharmacies Initiative and other community pharmacy initiatives. The role will have a core focus on coordination of strategies to support joint working between PHNs and various state departmental units. This will involve engagement and communications support for collective governance and secretariat functions, and specialist programmatic support focused on integration with the primary care sector such as the new Victorian Supercare Pharmacies Initiative which has enhanced primary after hours service capacity.
